「Helpful staff, clean room, good food.」

「I didn't like anything. The wifi didn't work. The TV can't watch. It just have 3 car parking, if i hadn't forgot. Towel was dity which seem black.」

「Cottage was in a beautiful setting, peaceful and rural. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Hot tub was perfect. Beds were ridiculously comfy and with the peace and quiet we slept like logs! Tracey the owner was friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of helpful information about the area. And we even had a fabulous welcome from Bella the puppy! We will definitely come back and recommend it to others.」

「Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

「We stayed for three nights in Snowy Lodge. Check in was easy, your keys are left in an envelope in the small reception, theres a map on the wall to tell you where to go. Take note with regards to check in and check out. Hotels.com states check in at 5 o'clock when its actually between 4 and 5 and check out at 9 when its actually 9:30 to 10. The lodge was clean and quiet with great views down the valley. Getting into the hot tub when we came back from visiting the local sites was a joy, lying...

「What a nightmare of a place. It felt unclean upon entry to the property. There are filthy steps up to the property…good thing I don’t have a mobility problem…and the paving slab on most steps rocked dangerously. On entry the property felt immediately unclean. We could hear voices in the room ad noticed that there is an unlockable door from the bedroom into an office and we could hear an interview for a member of staff in process. We returned to the pub across the road and the same helpful...

「The local church is lovely and worth a visit. Good walks on Offa's Dyke's path. The property would suit a book fanatic as the place is full of expensive first edition copies and cobwebs! Barking dogs at night from a nearby property kept us awake. Otherwise ok. 」
