"Great place to Stay in Beijing. Located near several sightseeing locations within walking distance. Also, several shopping malls and restaurants nearby. Staff were very nice and helpful."

"[+] 1. Well situated beside the Wangfujing Shopping street 2. Large room [-] 1. No waiting poach for cars 2. Lack of service attitudes for some staff - e.g. do not greet customer with a smile 3. Relatively dated room 4. The food at the executive lounge and buffet breakfast were almost 90% identical for the 5 days of stay. 5. Air conditioning for the room was turned off for the main hall and only left the walkway. When requested for a fan, was told all has been sent out. Instead, was told to open the window which did not help at all."

"Overall the staff is superb, professional, friendly and very helpful, including cleaning staff. However the bathroom needs some TLC, there's weird smell entering to the shower stall, bathtub is cracked and water doesn't flow properly in the sink. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Having one king bed and one queen bed made it perfect for our family of four with two older kids. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. During our stay, my wife developed a blister after visiting the Great Wall, and the staff kindly provided alcohol-soaked cotton tips—such a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated. The laundry service was also very convenient. It made managing our clothes effortless, as they handled the washing, drying, and delivered everything right back to our room. The location is another big plus. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Nanlishi Lu subway station, which makes it very easy to get around and access popular sightseeing and historical attractions. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay with excellent service. Highly recommended!"
