We had a wonderful time here! The receptionists were incredibly helpful, making the check-in process a breeze. The breakfast was absolutely delightful, and the lovely lady who prepared it was so sweet. Plus, if you have a car, there's convenient parking at the rear. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Modern-rustic gem

Hotel Costanera is a charming gem in Puerto Natales. It's got a modern-rustic vibe and has a lovely view of the water and mountains. Location is convenient for walking to town or just along the water on the bike/walk path. Staff is very friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast is really nice with healthy options like fruit, yogurt, cereal, and made-to-order eggs. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it.

Lovely hotel with sparkling clean, modern, carpet free rooms by the water. Breakfast is included which consists of made to order scrambled eggs and typical continental style spread. The bed was SOOO comfortable, especially right after completing the W trek. Shower was great and super clean - not even any water stains. Room comes with a kettle which was already prefilled with water which is super thoughtful. Front desk was extremely helpful - stored some of my luggage before the W trek & after check out while waiting for my flight. Location is by the water and you can walk along it. It is a bit farther away from the central area with all the restaurants and shops but still walkable. Highly recommend for a stay in the area especially after hiking in TDP.

Wonderful place. Updated. Large open view so the water and mountains. Approximately 10-15 minute walk from the center of town. Every staff member was friendly. Check-in was easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless, bright and sunny, great view. Plenty of space. Comfortable bed. Helpful staff. Good breakfast. It did not have a mini fridge, which would have been helpful as we had snacks for our hiking. And also wish they had a fan- it was warm at night

Hotel novo, a uma caminhada de 10 a 12 minutos até os restaurantes, cafe da manhã muito gostoso com medialuna quentinha e ovos ou omeletes feitos na hora. A equipe solicita, nos atendeu ao nosso pedido de cafe da manha mais cedo e em outro dia nos preparou um box de cafe da manhã pois as vezes os passeios começavam muito cedo.
