Loved the property as it was almost fairytale like. The staff was lovely and did everything possible to help us navigate the area. It is not easily reached by train and Uber is non-existent, but the property and its location is 5 star. Breakfast was included and it more than exceeded my expectation. If you are have a car, put this on your Favorites List.

We had a wonderful stay at All-Suite Resort Oetztal. Excellent place!!! The apartment was spacious, spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel facilities were excellent, making our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. We came for a week of rest and found it here. Service was courteous and we especially enjoyed getting to know some of the waitstaff whom were more interactive with us and our dog. Very pet friendly hotel! The views were spectacular as we were able to enjoy a beautiful winter snowscape and as the weather warmed, we saw peeks of green and the beautiful color of the lake. Great hotel...great location....friendly and helpful staff for the most part. There was one guy who clearly had an issue with Americans....gave him a 20% Euro tip (which is way more then Europeans leave) and he was still a %^$*&. Great area to bike, hike and relax at the Thermal Pool within walking distance of the hotel and sits in the valley of the Austrian Alps. Soooo beautiful.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ameron Neuschwanstein Alpsee Resort. The room was absolutely beautiful—elegantly designed, comfortable, and with breathtaking views of the Alpsee. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tomy at the front desk, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast each morning was a treat—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this resort for anyone visiting this area.

Whenever we are visiting Seefeld and Innsbruck we stay at this place. We love this place. We always enjoy our stay at this place. We love that we have a wonderful and beautiful view of the mountains. It is so close and you can walk into town. It is quiet and peaceful while you are looking at the view. Breakfast is delicious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

Great location. We had a large terrace with amazing views of the castle and mountains. Rooms were large with ample space. Hotel offered two restaurants and a complimentary breakfast each day. Also offered free parking.
