「We loved it. The owners were so pleasant and helpful. They helped us provision and took us to Palm Cay for our charter. I cannot think of anything that would have made it better. Perfect for an overnight before going out on a catamaran from Palm Cay. Recommend 100%.」

「Property manager canceled 4 hrs prior to stay. No warning or notice 」

「Great location. Close to the beach and restaurants. The house was perfect for 6 staying for a night before traveling to Exuma.」

「We stayed at the Caribbean cottage for 2 weeks. It was spotlessly clean and check in was great with Alicia. The property is well located with many good restaurants nearby and in a quiet area. You do need a car to get around although there is a bus stop close by. We had a toddler and enjoyed the little beach nearby and the pool. Nassau is about a 20-25 min drive away. We also loved Goodman's Bay beach. The kitchen was well stocked incl a blender and a large fridge. Could probably use another...

「The rooms were clean and well equipped with towels, blankets and other miscellaneous items such as an iron and toiletries. Kitchen was also equipped with cooking essentials. We did purchase additional supplies such as paper towels, dish soap and toilet paper. If you need a rental car, inquire with host as she may be able to connect you with local services. Overall a good stay, we enjoyed the location, it was walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. The house was a good size for a group of...

「It was a nice sized house. All of the rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was a good size, and the separate dining room sat six people comfortably with room to spare. Air conditioning worked well and had separate controls by room. There was a pleasant gated front yard with a few chairs and a covered porch. Some of the property needed repairs, such as the bathtub in the master bedroom, but there was a good shower so that wasn't really an issue. The host was very responsive to...

「Great location and nice place for large family gatherings. The only issue was it’s not stocked well with toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. I did reach out to have some more brought to the house and it was supposed to be delivered, but never happened. We ended up going to the store and buying our supplies. Other that minor issue, I would recommend this place.」
