Perfect Paradise Island Villa!

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa in gated community of 12 villas in walking distance from the world famous Atlantis Resort, gorgeous Cabbage Beach, Marina Village ferry terminal and shops and restaurants.

The villa's kitchen is fully equipped and newly renovated. Living space has high open ceilings and there is a private enclosed patio area with BBQ grill and community pool.

Free high speed internet, cable television,/Smart TVs with Netflix etc., telephone (local calls only), central air conditioning, quality linens and bath & beach towels. A lovely quiet complex of 12 villas with on-site parking.

Also included - beach chairs, coolers &, snorkeling gear.

Bicycles are available on-site for daily rental.

Kitchen items - paper towels, garbage bags, 5 gallon bottle of water, spices, coffee, tea and condiments.

Bathroom items - soap, hand soap and travel-sized shampoo.

For purchase and your convenience there is also a snack basket, cold beverages in the fridge and a selection of wines in the villa.

For extra guests -there is a queen sized sofa bed in the living room, queen sized air mattress or a rollaway single bed also provided. There is also a pack n' play for a baby.

Perfect location

We loved our stay in Paradise Island. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach, as well as many great restaurants. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. Kyrene was so helpful and answered all questions. We did a boating excursion with Island Time Charters. It was private with just our family. We hope to be back!

Amazing getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to come back again! Kyrene's info and recommendations were perfect, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome which we all appreciated. The villa is stocked with everything you could need and more, the location to the beach and restaurants made it easy, and the peaceful patio was an ideal place to unwind! Thank you!

Great secured unit

This unit was in a great location and enjoyed the neighborhood with the golf cart. Very secure area and felt totally safe being alone. Great communication from owner for everything.

That place and the house was really nice. As you walk in the house you can say you’re home. Everything you need they have it. Kyrene was so nice and very helpful. Ones you get in at her place she has a binder that all questions you have in mind was all there. Highly recommended..

Daughters graduation getaway!

I don't know where to start! First of all, this is the place to stay if you are looking for comfort, cleanliness and a great location. This was our first trip to the Bahamas to celebrate our daughters graduation and we booked because our son was supposed to go however his passport did not come in. Kyrene is a super hostess!! She was very informative and helpful as we had no idea what to expect. If you have never been to the Bahamas it is very expensive and she will send you info prior to your trip to help save some money. Also, she recommended Cheryl's taxi services from the airport and again we were beyond happy with the professionalism they exhibited! (If you head to the straw market in Nassau you will understand the difference in taxi services if you pay close attention). We called Cheryl's for any transportation we needed, and they were very accommodating. Kyrene also will send a list of excursions and things to do and if you catch her (she is always available) on the property she will explain why she recommends certain excursions. We went to Sandy Toes to see the swimming pigs and it was awesome! Hint, everyone heads back to the boat more than an hour before it leaves, and they brought out ginger an older pig. If you ask them questions about her and ask to take a picture, they will have her do tricks and stand up for pictures. The location of this villa is perfect to Atlantis, Violas, Cabbage beach and more. Highly recommend staying here!

Wanted for nothing!

Our family of 4 absolutely loved our stay. The host was AMAZING! She was so kind and accommodating. She really has thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable and we wanted for nothing! The beds were comfortable, the AC worked great, and the kitchen was well stocked! The complex is very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves right out the back gate. The property location is perfect. We loved the private beach by the Four Seasons. The complex is so close to everything and very walkable! We rented the golf cart which was fun and convenient. I felt so safe in the Bahamas which was a concern of mine ahead of our trip. We overlapped our stay with a room at Atlantis and my kids actually asked “when do we get to go back the VRBO?” We can’t wait to come back and we already know where we will be staying.

Perfect Villa

This was our first time on Paradise Island and we wanted to be close enough to walk around. There was plenty of things to do nearby including restaurants, shops, bars and even the casino inside Atlantis. The house was fully stocked and Kyrene was able to rent any extra things you may need. If you plan on going over to the main island much then please note there is a 2 toll to cross the bridge everytime.

Kyrene was an amazing host—so kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We were in the Bahamas for our son’s 6th birthday, and she made everything feel so comfortable and welcoming. Perfect trip to Nassau

Kyrene was the perfect host. She went out of her way to make sure we had the perfect vacation while the Bahamas. The house was perfect exactly as she had listed. She was helpful with everything from taxi drivers to things to do on the island and where the best dining is. Made things so much easier for first time visitors.

Kyrene is an unbelievable host and just a genuinely nice person. This is hands down the best VRBO we've stayed at from cleanliness to location but most of all Kyrene was so helpful with any questions we had and just super friendly which we so appreciated. We rented a kids wagon and yoga mats from Kyrene through BabyQuip which was so seamless and the yoga mats came in handy for our mor ing workouts on the patio. Her place is very close to Atlantis village and also close to cabbage beach. We didnt feel like we needed a vehicle at all and it was quite easy to walk around or get taxi if needed. We will definitely recommend Kyrene's place to anyone looking to visit Nassau!

Nice place and even nicer host!

The property really is just as the photos show. Kyrene is very helpful and pleasant. The only real negatives for us were the bed pillows (we all have different preferences) and we had to boil water to wash dishes as the water never got hot from the kitchen faucet. We would absolutely recommend staying here but do advise to buy/bring groceries to Paradise Island. The stores there are pricey and have limited stock (very evident on Thanksgiving week)!

A Real Taste Of Paradise

Our stay at Ocean Break Villas #9 was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences that we’ve had on any vacation. From the point of booking to the point of leaving, communication from our host Kyrene was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for Kyrene and she’s a font of knowledge on all things Bahamian. The villa is centrally located within walking distance of anything that you want to do on Paradise Island whether that be a day or a stroll at Cabbage Beach, a visit to the casino or restaurants at Atlantis or day trips from the ferry terminal. We particularly enjoyed our day trip to Rose Island with Sandy Toes where we had the wonderful experience of swimming with the pigs and guided snorkelling. The villa is clean and comfortable with every amenity that you could hope for and Kyrene’s attention to detail is evident throughout with lots of small touches that added to our stay. The wonderful pool is shared but we had it to ourselves for the duration of our stay. The Bahamas is expensive but Ocean Break Villas offers fantastic value for money. We found our trip so peaceful and relaxing and we cannot recommend the property and our host more highly. From two happy & relaxed guests already planning their return trip. Kevin & Jenny

The Villa was amazing! It was beautiful inside and had everything we needed. It was so nice to sit out on the patio to have our coffee each morning and to have the pool right there to cool off after a morning of shopping. Cabbage Beach was just a short walk away as was several dining options. (Viola's and Anthony's were two of our favorites). Kyrene was available for whatever we needed and she is wonderful!

Wonderful stay in paradise

We enjoyed our stay in this cute, super clean villa. It felt like our home away from home. It was well stocked with the essentials. We felt very safe here and had a lot of privacy. We had the pool to ourselves every single day!! The villa was centrally located in the island where we could walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Kyrene was an excellent host, the best we've ever experienced. She was very attentive and friendly with whatever we needed. She even gave us a ride to the beach one day! Cabbage beach was not as bad as we anticipated with vendors approaching us. We were able to bargain each day for an umbrella as well as chairs. The water was crystal clear turquoise color and gorgeous. We didn't want to leave!! We also went to Rose Island and swam with the pigs. This was truly the highlight of our trip. The beach was so amazing. So clean and beautiful. Had a wonderful island lunch as well! Great drinks too ;-) We definitely would recommend this villa and having Kyrene as a host. This trip exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to coming back one day.
