"As a very experienced traveler with hundreds and hundreds of hotel nights, I dare to say that this is a place that reaches the top ten of good hotel experiences. Fantastic family that runs a high-quality agriturismo with a view that takes your breath away. Despite few guests in the low season, an absolutely perfect breakfast was arranged and we were even able to have our coffee against the sun wall at the end of January. "At Property during low season (April) so most places were closed. Dining options are better at the marina close by. Staff is very nice and helpful but communication is slow via email or Expedia messages. If you are coming by train, make sure to make arrangements for transportation before hand as it was pretty desolate. The marina close by has options for shopping and delicious restaurants."

"We had a 14 night stay. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Carmelo is very knowledgeable and very welcoming. Tina the cleaning lady bends over backwards to make sure you are comfortable and that your room is clean, refreshed, well stocked with fresh towels, linens, etc. All staff are great . Breakfast is included alrhough if your looking to start your day off with proteins, you will be disappointed. Breakfast consits of croissants in assorted varieties, cakes, cookies, there is sliced bread and a toaster, assortment of jams, and spreads, fruit is limited, there are hard boiled eggs, the coffee is very dissapointing as its not freshly brewed but through a machine that uses k-cups ..the breakfast was the same day in day out. The orher thing is the hotel does not have assigned or designated parking for their guests. So we arrive back at the end of your day you might find yourself driving around the block a few times before you land a parking spot close to the hotels entrance. The door to the hotel is at times a challenge to unlock..not an easy task. There are also 4 flights of stairs to do to get to your room. The hotel is in a great location, many gelaterias, bars, amenities close by. The hotel always smelled lovely, and fresh, having AC was a blessing. Overall we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Would recommend Hotel Marconi."
