「What a cute, clean, fun place! Well managed and easy to work with!」

「The house was great. The neighborhood wasn’t. People party out front of the apartment till 4:30 am. They have a really great time out there because you can hear them laughing and talking all night. Every Uber driver told us not to go out at night in the neighborhood so we didn’t. Cleaned up some water on the tile and the towel was black. The house is new and really nice but I think the maid just spot cleans.」

「Very well put together space with plenty of room, comfortable bedding, great walk-in shower and well appointed kitchen. Host is very responsive to any needs or concerns. This one is located on the backside so can be confusing if you do not know that and you're coming in at night. Plenty of parking space.There is no winery experience as part of this VRBO but the website requires you to rate it and I did not want to take away from a great rating for the property.」

「This purport was in a great location away from Broadway. It was clean, accurate in the listing and served our family well. There are LOTS of stairs though. 」

「Overall the property was clean, felt safe, convenient to Downtown Nashville and surrounding sites.Nice layout and plenty of restrooms with the basics nicely supplied. You could come in with just your luggage and enjoy your stay.Blackout curtains would be nice due to a very well lit parling area. Beginning to show needs of repair and replenishment of some of the kitchen utensils.」
