The first level features a garage, ideal for parking smaller vehicles, alongside a dedicated workspace equipped with a single daybed and a trundle bed, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. Ascend to the second level, where you'll find the heart of the home: a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area perfect for meals, a cozy living room for relaxation, and a convenient half bath. The third level houses two beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a dedicated make-up station complete with a ring light, perfect for preparing for a night out. Finally, the fourth level unveils a rooftop terrace, an outdoor oasis complete with a mini-fridge, essential for enjoying drinks, an outdoor TV, a BBQ grill for grilling, a fire pit for cozy evenings, and comfortable outdoor furniture, all illuminated by enchanting string lights.
