The house was perfect for our trip. It had a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out the whole time. It was nice that it had a washer and dryer also. The host are so nice and helpful.

This guest house was pure PERFECTION! It had all the necessary kitchen items & bathroom items. They were very clear in all instructions and requests, but flexible enough to accommodate the guests' wants (within reason). We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The space is perfect for a family or small group and can comfortably accommodate 5 people. The yard and property begged to be enjoyed. Mark and Damon were wonderful host. They made you feel like you were part of their family. The location was easy walking distance to downtown Franklin. The neighborhood was very safe and friendly. The screened in patio was a favorite place for morning coffee and late evening reading. Their place was very pet friendly and our King Charles cavalier enjoyed the open space. Thank you Mark and Damon for a wonderful stay.Miles and Brenda Marquez
