Welcome to The London! The architectural design elements and European flair of this stunning property will make you feel as if you've set foot in a chic, sophisticated penthouse suite. High end fixtures, bold geometric patterns, and clean modern lines are featured throughout the space in a captivating way. Soak in the feeling of pure modern luxury when you book your stay at the London on Acklen.
Layout:
This beautiful home is complete with 3 levels! The first level is home to a queen bed master suite, complete with an en suite bathroom, wet bar, and beverage cooler. The second level is comprised of the main living space, kitchen, dining area, and half bath. The third level has an additional master suite with one queen bed and full bed, and another en suite with a king bed. All bedrooms have televisions and en suite access to a bathroom!
Parking:
There are two parking spaces available. One in the garage and one in front of the garage. Please do not block the other unit's driveways as they are occupied by full time residents. Any additional parking for this unit is off the alley behind the building. There is an external security camera on the driveway.
Neighborhood:
Conveniently located near Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Hillsboro Village is a collection of shops, boutiques, and restaurants perfect for a day’s stroll. Adjacent to Hillsboro Village is the Belmont area, which is home to Belmont University, a historic home, shops, and some great eating.
House Rules:
During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 7am. For real, take the party to the Honky Tonks on Broadway. Additionally, thank you for respecting our 'no smoking' and 'no pets' policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to cats, zebras, livestock, and/or spouses. There are also no firearms permitted within the home or on the surrounding property. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules. We thank you for refraining and being respectful of our homes - please don't make us hunt you down for fines as it cuts into our nap time.
Interactions with Guests:
We are so glad you are here and we want your stay with us to be comfortable, pleasant, and memorable! Please don't hesitate to contact us for anything! We can be reached during our operation hours of 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the number that is provided to you at check in. Please also feel free to utilize the messaging system for non-urgent requests or needs. For real though, we all live locally and are around to answer questions about the listing or to simply offer recommendations on the best mimosa for brunch.
Rental Policy:
It is Stay Local Nashville's policy to not rent to any local guest less than 7 days from today's date. An exception can be made if you are a returning guest or have three or more five star reviews. If you fall into this exception, please message us before you book so that your stay will not be immediately cancelled.
Refund Policy:
By booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand that it is our policy to require a fully executed Non-Disparagement Agreement (NDA) prior to issuing any refund of any amount for any reason. Additionally, by booking with Stay Local Nashville, you understand and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund of any amount without fully executing this NDA.
