Welcome to "The Instrument", a musically inspired home highlighting music's great artists. Situated in the Historic Nations neighborhood, this home pays homage to the various elements that make up the multi-faceted music industry in Nashville. This home was professionally designed to exclusively welcome guests to Nashville while giving the nod to our rich local music industry. A variety of fun bold paint & musical accents provide picture perfect backdrops for making your own Music City memories!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here at The Instrument. The home is beautiful and has a great layout. It was perfect for our girls trip. We loved all the bathrooms! They have pretty much everything you need, which made it really convenient. The area is also very nice and quiet with a cute little park across the street. Very close to DT Nashville and Broadway. Jeff was great to work with. Very nice and I appreciated all communication.

“The Instrument offered exactly what our family needed—a pristine, spacious, and tastefully modern condo just outside downtown Nashville. We loved cooking in the full kitchen and appreciated having four bathrooms! We did not bring any pets (other than daughter’s boyfriend lol) but liked the idea that we can next time. Parking was easy. Quick drive or uber to downtown. Overall, a stylish, functional, and pet‑friendly home base with genuine Nashville character.” Highly recommended.

We liked the cleanliness, and the location was pretty good - easy access to downtown and other places of interest. It was fairly well stocked with basic needs except for garbage bags and paper towels were a few short. Although we did it with no problem the 19 steps to get to each floor (3 floors) may be a problem for some people. Actually, good exercise for us all over 73 so we are not complaining. The beds were just ok. It is a great place for young adults to stay near Nashville.

Girls weekend

Great location - close enough to drive downtown or take an Uber in the evenings. Was clean and spacious. Loved the musical decor! Jeff was very prompt in answering questions. Will consider staying here again.

Nice Property - Close to Park - 20 Min from Downtown

This property was clean, with comfortable beds, and the off-street parking was a bonus. Downtown attractions are only 15 to 20 minutes away. (Depending on the time of day!) The park is a close walk and a great place to walk your dog. The hosts are great, and communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent and appreciated!

Family celebration

My husband and I stayed at The Instrument with our daughter, son-in-law, and 2 granddaughters. We were in Nashville for our grandson's 1st birthday. Our son and family live nearby, in the Nations neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to spread out with multiple bedrooms and convenient bathrooms. We were very comfortable sleeping, bathing, eating, and hanging out watching TV. Our granddaughters enjoyed the playground at West Park, right across the street. We could walk to our son's home in an easy 5 minutes. We hope to stay at The Instrument on our next visit to Nashville.

First time in Nashville

Upon arrival, the outside of the property was very beautiful. Parking accessible close to the door. The access front and back was awesome. Inside was breathtaking. Having bathrooms on every floor was perfect. More than enough supplies as extra towels wash rags, and the kitchen was completely fully equipped as was announced in our welcome email. Definitely a 10/10 well recommend and stay again. 😁

Perfect!

We had 6 adults and the layout was perfect for our group! Condo was very well equipped with everything we needed! Immaculately clean! Jeffrey was great to work with! When we are back in Nashville we will definitely stay here again! Location was excellent! Very safe area! 12 minute Lyft to Broadway!

50th Birthday celebration in Nashville

We rented two side by side units to accommodate a large family group. The units were beautiful with a lot of cute music city touches which added to the Nashville vibe. There were several places to eat and/or have drinks within a short distance in the Nations area. Broadway was about a 15mn drive away. Units had everything needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also there was a little authentic Mexican Taqueria across the street that we ate at several times for a quick bite during our stay. Highly recommend these units for your stay in Nashville!
