After a fun day out exploring Nashville, come back to relax in this quiet, spacious, comfy condo. Although parking is free, you don't need a car for this condo. Many things are within walking distance as we are located downtown Nashville. The airport is only about 15 minutes away. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

We are located in the SoBro area of Nashville - walking distance to Downtown and all the Broadway bars. Plenty of restaurants, live music and bar near us! Across the street from one of Nashville's most sought-after restaurants, Husk.

Please note that all cancellations within the cancellation timeline will be charged a 7% processing fee if cancelled.

**Please note that a required $250 damage deposit hold will be placed on your card prior to check in.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors.

This condo was sparkling clean and beautifully furnished with everything one could want for a lovely stay. The neighborhood is safe with great restaurants within walking distance, and free parking was an added bonus. We were a quick Lyft ride from our destination, The Ryman Auditorium, and enjoyed the lights on Broadway on our way. Genevieve was an attentive host and her communications were timely and accurate. One note, as others have stated, the bedroom windows face a busy street, so if street noise bothers you, you should bring earplugs. It didn’t bother us at all once we sunk into the extra comfy beds. I would definitely stay here when visiting Nashville again.

Check-in was super easy and straight forward. We were fortunate to get early check-in, which worked well for those of us that arrived earlier in the day. Kitchen was clean and modern as was the rest of the unit. Washer and Dryer was a plus, as i came home with clean clothes!

This is a great little place and location. Everything described and pictured is accurate. More than sufficient parking, within walking distance of Broadway, safe neighborhood, perfect for 2 and can easily accommodate 4. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again if we make a return trip to Nashville.

Property was as listed. We loved the vibe and had everything we needed. The coffee was a nice touch. Thankful for amazing AC that was a sweet relief after exploring Nashville in 100 heat. Good communication from host manager.

Great little spot close to Broadway!

Great little apartment within walking distance of Broadway. Place was very clean and comfortable. Getting in and out and having free parking on site were a big plus. The only small downside for me was the busy road outside the bedrooms. May not be a problem for those more used to it. But I’d definitely stay there again, just may bring a sound machine.

Great Location in Nashville

We had a great stay! The condo is close enough to walk downtown but far enough to not have all the noise of downtown. The included gated parking was so helpful. The condo is comfortable and includes small details like coffee and laundry detergent. It felt like we could just show up and have what we needed for a quick stay in Nashville.

Nashville Weekend

This was our first visit to Nashville. Great place to stay - easy walk to Broadway. The host was wonderful in answering questions. Place was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Parking including was a real plus, too! Would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

Such a cute little place!! It has everything you need and is only a short walk to downtown. The free parking was a huge benefit too. We will absolutely be staying here again when we visit Nashville!

Perfect for our girls trip!

My mom, sister and I stayed to celebrate my sister’s 40th birthday. The apartment was clean, had all the necessary amenities and was a good location. We had a rental car, so it was helpful to have onsite parking in a gated lot. We felt safe, and it was about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. The beds were very comfortable, all three of us noticed that. The host was very quick to respond to my questions about places to eat or shop. The street it is on has a fair amount of traffic, but it wasn’t a problem. We would definitely come again.

We loved the apartment. It was so nicely decorated in a boho style that was very classy. The proximity to the Bridgestone Arena and Broadway made it easy to walk in safe neighborhoods.

Weekend trip

This was the perfect place for us to stay in Nashville. We walked to Broadway but mostly took Uber. Short Uber to broadway (it was a cold weekend).
