Escape to our tranquil Nashville guest studio.

This urban oasis is only 15 min from downtown/10 min from 5 points/15 min from BNA. It features a modern kitchenette, cozy queen sized bed and a lush wooded view with a private deck for lounging. Perfect for travelers seeking an affordable modern and serene hideaway. Close to the city, yet nestled quietly away from the busy city noise.

The property is an acre and guests should feel free to use the fire pit or wander any outdoor portion. In the warmer months we also offer a pool to use.

There is private parking available at the home and a keyless entry for privacy and ease.

Also for musicians, we have a recording studio available for tracking or rehearsing for those in town for shows.
