In this 3 story home you are welcome to enjoy the first level with it’s open eat-in kitchen and separate dining area with spacious living room equipped with flat screen and sectional sofa. You will find a large half-covered deck through the side door near the kitchen. You may prefer the more private second story with large bedrooms, lavish bathrooms, and two Juliet balconies, or if you are looking to get away and have fun, the house’s third story penthouse is equipped with its own kitchenette/bar, electrical fireplace, another living area/conference room, a sectional sofa with a pull-out double size bed, a large balcony and two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Perfect House for a Big Group

Had 9 adults stay at this property. Location is great…a welcomed quiet spot after days / nights on Broadway. Walking distance to Gulch and Ubers in minutes. Nice to have individual bedrooms for such a large group. Communication was smooth and efficient.

Great places to stay for a large family gathering! The location was ideal since we could walk downtown or grab a quick rideshare when we needed one. The kitchen made entertaining our large group easy and fun, there's even a hob for wok cooking. We appreciated how responsive the hosts were to our maintenance request, a smoke detector started chirping the first night and they quickly tried to resolve it which shows they care about their quest experience. (Even though they couldn't fix it for us we appreciated the quick response.) Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and we'd happily come back here again or suggest it to anyone looking for a convenient home base to downtown.

This property is amazing.

We were a group of 10 senior citizens. The location of the house was perfect. The condition of the house was amazing and the owner allowed us to drop our bags early. Would highly recommend this house.
