Property was as advertised. Parking was on-site and parking instructions were clear. Restaurants were nearby and it was around a 12-15 min drive to Downtown Nashville, which was nice for us. The apartment was clean and quiet, but could use some updates. The bedroom carpet was horribly stained and should be replaced immediately.

Overall the property is very good. I had a hard time finding the place and getting into the room. You have to use the back entrance and once inside, you have to hurry up and get your car out of the outside parking lot so it doesn't get towed and into the property garage. They are now charging 25 dollars to park in the garage. I am not happy with that. Apartment is very clean, very specious and very convienent to restaurants, shopping and downtown. I would recomment this location if you don't mind the parking fee added to your bill.
