Entertainment area with mini fridge and foosball. LaVille is walking distance to Bicentennial State Park/ Sounds Field and Germantown. Short ride to downtown, Broadway, the Gulch, Bridgestone Arena & Nissan Stadium.

*Please note that the owners have a tenant living in the back unit above the garage. Her and her dog are very friendly!

The home was amazing. Nice and spacious. Beautiful back porch and roof top to enjoy. Close enough for Uber to Broadway. Needs a few items for maintenance: Propane tank empty in fire table The piezo igniter is missing on fire table Master bedroom door latch is stuck in the door and as well doesn’t lock The downstairs bathroom door doesn’t lock The downstairs threshold is damaged needs replaced Top floor shower door needs adjusted All doors need w d 40 on them all squeaky Needs a deep clean Will rent this again
