The experience at Halo does not stop at the unit's doorstep. As a guest at Hyve, you'll have exclusive access to a range of building amenities designed to elevate your stay. Please Note: Pool is open seasonally typically between the early spring months - the end of October from 10AM to 10PM at the discretion of the HOA.

The adjoining primary bathroom offers a walk-in shower and a sleek single vanity for a seamless start to your day. The second bedroom is a versatile space, featuring a queen-over-queen bunk bed, a smart TV, and a cozy twin bed for extra comfort. From this bedroom, step out onto the second balcony, perched above the first, offering a private escape with stunning city views. Its en-suite bathroom mirrors the modern convenience of the primary, with a walk-in shower and single vanity.

🧳 Luggage Holding Service:
In our ongoing commitment to enhance your rental experience, we are delighted to introduce a complimentary service to hold your luggage for a designated period. **Subject to Availability** The luggage holding service is available from Monday - Sunday | 9:30 am - 5:30 pm. Oversized luggage exceeding 50 lbs. will not be accepted.

*Please note this unit is located on the 6th floor of the building; however, an elevator is available onsite.
**This building is adjacent to railroad tracks, and some units may experience noise from passing trains. While this particular unit is located in the front of the building, you may occasionally hear the train if you are out on the balcony or at the pool.
***Our location is in the heart of downtown Nashville, an exciting and growing urban area. Like many downtown environments, guests may encounter typical city sounds such as music, traffic, sirens, other tourists, and construction as well as see individuals seeking assistance from a nearby shelter. While most guests find this to be a vibrant and welcoming area, we understand that urban settings are not for everyone. We do not recommend staying in Downtown Nashville if this is something you are sensitive to. It is important to note Hyve is a secure building with professional on-site security.
****We manage multiple units within this building, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and style. While all units maintain a consistent standard quality, sizes and décor vary. If the unit you are viewing is not the best fit for your stay, let us know, and we will help you find one that better suits your group.

Baseball tournament

We had an excellent stay! Felt very secure and safe. The outside neighborhood is a little seedy but thankfully we didn’t encounter any issues and the walk to broadway and the gulch wasn’t very far. The only small issues we had was the shower drainage and the washer machine with an alert. We notified the owner and they were thankful and said it would be taken care of right away. Very clean and extremely comfortable beds! I would highly recommend!

Great balcony, extremely loud trains day and night

The unit butts up to 3 railroad tracks and trains run all day and all night. They are extremely loud. The location is great for walking to and around downtown, security of building is good, It has a fantastic balcony, the pool area is nice and appliances in unit are really nice. We never received the boarding pass email and arrived with no information on unit# or how to access garage/unit. Nothing had been sent to our latch account either for entry. We received support to eventually access after an hour, but the latch app never included our unit or pool the whole week, which is not normal. We had to type in a manual code. We had limited bath towels, no hand towels,2 washcloths for 8 people with no option for more and it took hours for the shower to drain. Good overall stay, but many opportunities for improvement being more upfront about the trains running all day and night directly behind the unit.

Lack of AC and poor communication

Nice place, but the AC wasn't working and the host did not reply until 3rd email. Was not resolved before we left. We asked for fans, and did not receive any. The train is literally right out back, busy and loud so leaving windows open was not an option.

Great stay

The property was modern and clean. Any questions that I had were answered promptly. The only drawbacks were that the property is located right next to a train track and if you have a second vehicle, the paid parking is a little sketchy.

Beautiful home

The home is gorgeous! It’s very spacious and elegant. The terrace is huge. The amenities (pool, common spaces and gym) were great as well. We highly recommend staying here while visiting Nashville.

The property is excellent. Special appreciation for the managers as they were extremely responsive and resolved the issues we had within no time. Highly recommended based on location, cleanliness as well as customer satisfaction.

Great Vacation

This property was great, very clean and beautiful. The check in progress was confusing but there were two people that were in the office that helped us. Lawerence was one of them. They helped even though it was time for them to get off. They were very helpful. The security was great. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the dishes and appliances that were needed.The only thing that needs to be made known is that the property is within 20 feet (right beside) a train track. It was very loud at times. Overall, it was a great place to stay. We would stay there again, even with the train.

Family Getaway for Spring Break

The property itself is exactly as pictured. Nicely decorated and clean. The outdoor space was very nice but weather was too cold and rainy for us to fully appreciate. We found a few “broken” elements within the space - batteries in TV remote were dead, dishwasher and garbage disposal did not work. Sliding door to balcony was off its track - fixed by my husband. Door hinge on downstairs bathroom was partially detached so had to pull up and push door to close. There are two train tracks that are heavily used right outside the condo…they run all day and night so this is not the place for a light sleeper. There’s also a lot of new construction going on around the building - area is “up and coming” / industrial so be mindful of that if your goal is to party all night and sleep all day, There will be none of that happening here. The Nashville Rescue Mission is steps away from the building so be aware you will see and walk past homeless people gathered waiting to get services at the shelter but did not pose any problems for us. And speaking of walking, yes it’s possible to walk to Music City and all the bars. But keep in mind that on the way back, you have a steepish hill to climb to the entrance of the building…save enough steam for that - and wear the right shoes. Overall, accommodations were nice and the beds were comfortable - would recommend for adults or adult groups who don’t mind a little walking and noise..

Beautiful condo, location not ideal

Beautiful well appointed condo on edge of the Gulch region of downtown Nashville. Host was very responsive to maintenance issues and promptly sent service to correct. The condo is DIRECTLY adjacent to a very active railway, very loud at night. Homeless shelter within one block of property, homeless population heavily occupying the streets making walking to attractions unsafe with small children. Condo uses the Latch system for access to parking garage and building- felt secure inside. Beautiful unit but location was disappointing.
