Walk to everything including: Honky Tonks, Restaurants, Concerts, Live Music, Grocery/Liquor Stores, Coffee Shops, Museums, Sporting Events, Shopping and MORE! “Good Times Loft”, featured here, is one of our premier properties and offers a trendy and unique décor. It has LOTS of closest and dresser space, dining area that seats 4, a spacious living area, desk, is fully renovated, ultra clean, has an open floor plan, and is fully stocked with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. It even has game and magazine baskets, DVD Player and DVD selection, and a flat screen TV. Great for a couple’s getaway, girls/guys trip, or a family vacation. It has windows overlooking the interior atrium, sleeps up to 4, with 1 queen bed, 1 queen comfy sleeper sofa, and 1 Twin. The sleeper sofa has a memory foam mattress, a pillow topper, and is quite comfortable. There are a limited number of parking spaces available to rent for $20 per night. The spaces/passes are limited and available first come, first served. This Loft in The Quarters is AMAZINGLY quiet yet centrally located. The front lobby is locked at all times and has a convenient coded key pad to get in; the Loft itself has a convenient coded entry as well. There are private card & coin operated washer and dryers in the building for use. The Quarters is not suitable for parties or events, as they would disrupt our neighbors however just outside the front door is more excitement than you could ask for!
