The Space:
Step into our beautiful and newly redesigned 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom home in the hip area of Donelson. With a careful eye on design, we've used a a blend of modern and rustic accents to ensure you have all the modern amenities in this single story, gem. Our home will offer you a beautiful place to start your day and a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.

Covered Porch: Outdoor Furniture including Dining Table, Chairs + Love Seat

-We provide some coffee beans, creamer, sugar, light snacks, some water bottles and sparkling water to get you started.
-Fresh bed linens provided. We layout towels, wash cloths, travel size shampoo and shower gel on each bed. 3 hair dryers, one iron & ironing board, *initial round* of toilet paper, paper towels, & coffee provided, if you need more, you can stock up from the nearby Publix, less than a mile away.

☆☆ CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back a full refund minus a $100 credit card processing fee. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund. We highly suggest purchasing Travel Insurance!☆☆

***HOUSE RULES/AGREEMENT MADE UPON BOOKING***
A great deal of passion went into decorating our Nashville home so that it would be both beautiful to behold and beautiful to experience for ALL. We assume all of our guests will be respectful and excellent, but we still want to make sure you understand our rules and expectations so we're all on the same page. Please help us preserve our house for yours and others' future stays by accepting these rules before you book:
-There is NO smoking allowed inside the property. If smoking outdoors, please keep doors and windows closed so the smell does not enter the house.
- Absolutely NO pets whatsoever allowed ON or IN the property. We and other guests have severe pet allergies and we want to keep this property pet free.
-Absolutely NO major parties. If you're looking to book our place to throw a party, this is not the home for you. We're ok with small celebrations with the allotted amount of guests allowed/booked for (no more than 12).
-Decorations: Absolutely NO GLITTER and NO CONFETTI. Any decorations you put up must all be taken down including any tape residue. Any tape residue or damage found on walls do to your decorations may result in being charged.
-Please leave the house in the condition you entered it in. THE CLEANING FEE DOES NOT COVER EXCESSIVE MESS. The fee is to cover the expense hiring our awesome cleaner to clean all linens, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, dusting, and up-keeping the house. It does not include her cleaning up after any disrespectful messes left behind. Please follow easy check-out instructions we'll have provided you. If you follow those, you’ll be in good shape.
-Please communicate with us about anything that has been broken during your stay. Any excessive mess or damaged items MAY result in withholding of deposit. We are reasonable people and will understand if accidents happen, but please do not try to "hide" it from us as we want to make sure everything is taken care of or fixed before our next guests come to enjoy our property.
-RESPECTING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. Remember, you're not renting a hotel room, you're renting a house in a neighborhood where people live. We ask that you respect our neighborhood and neighbors by keeping your exterior noise level down at ALL times during the day. ANY complaints received from our neighbors (whether noise or just being a disturbance in any way) will result in withholding of deposit.
-Internet Use: NO illegal downloading of any sort, no p2p file sharing. (we had to fine a guest for this because my internet company flagged the illegal internet usage and fined me).

EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on day before or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.

The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.

LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.

The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception to any locked closets.

The Neighborhood:
Hugging the Cumberland River, suburban Donelson is home to the famed Grand Ole Opry country music hall and the adjacent Opryland resort and shopping malls. We are just 10 miles east of downtown. A few hip Southern eateries and craft beer pubs dot Lebanon Pike, and a seasonal Friday farmers’ market draws crowds for artisanal eats and live music. A greenway trail bisects sprawling Stones River Bend Park. Cooter’s museum celebrates “The Dukes of Hazzard.”

Getting Around:
Our home comes with a large parking area w/ample parking for guests. Lyft and Ubers are both available and are very cheap options to get wherever you'd like to go!

** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!

*Guests staying longer than 3 weeks will incur an extra cleaning fee
