Respect the Property: Please treat our home as if it were your own. Accidents happen—just let us know right away so we can address them quickly.
Maximum Guests: The property accommodates a maximum of 14 guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.
Registered Guests Only: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the premises. No unapproved visitors.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Zero Tolerance for Parties: This is a peaceful residential neighborhood. Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
Violation may result in immediate removal and a fine as outlined in Airbnb’s policies and local Nashville ordinances.
QUIET HOURS
Strict Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Please be mindful of noise levels at all times to respect our neighbors and comply with local STR (Short-Term Rental) laws.
NO SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home or within 15 feet of any entryway.
A $500 fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the property.
PETS
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved prior to your stay. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee and potential early termination of stay.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Security Cameras: Exterior cameras are in place for your safety. There are no interior cameras.
Lock Doors and Windows: Please ensure doors are locked when leaving the home.
Fire Safety: Tampering with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors is strictly prohibited.
DAMAGE & VIOLATIONS
Any damage or rule violations may result in additional fees and/or termination of your stay without refund.
You are financially responsible for any damage caused during your stay.
LOCAL LAWS & COMPLIANCE
As required by Nashville STR laws, all guests must comply with applicable city regulations including occupancy limits and noise ordinances.
Unauthorized commercial photography or filming is prohibited.
