The accommodations were very nice. They worked well for what we needed. The only slight problem was the parking. It was strictly a one car driveway and we had two. But other than that everything was very nice.

Property was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well equipped. Nashville is getting out of hand on rental prices, but we came up for the Vanderbilt vs LSU game and this property checked every box we needed! Short drive to Nashville if you prefer to stay in more of a country setting. Great host and amenities. There are great places to eat locally as well (Amico’s New York Pizza is 100 out of 10 stars!). We will be back when coming to any Nashville events. I agree with the previous comments on parking. Perfect if you bring one vehicle, but if you have multiple vehicles there will be some limited parking spaces and planning involved. The garage would be great for standard small cars/SUV’s. We got lucky and it wasn’t an issue.

Nice place, decorated well! Plenty of room, comfy beds, would stay again. 25-30 minutes to downtown depending on traffic. The host responded quickly to my questions. Nice area, we felt safe!

Awesome property!

We originally picked this property because we were visiting family in the Autumn Oaks neighborhood, and thought it would be convenient to be close by, but this place ended up being totally perfect. The beds were so comfortable! The owners really thought of everything in terms of toiletries, etc. that guests might need. It was so nice being right by two grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a great stay!

Great place, awesome location

Cute and clean condo. The layout was great, all 3 bedrooms are upstairs. Check-in and check-out were easy. The host was very responsive regarding a couple of minor issues. Plenty of towels and basic needs. Super easy access to grocery store, restaurants, and Starbucks. Would definitely stay here again! If you have more than one vehicle, parking for the second vehicle might be a little far, depending on what's open. There's one spot in the driveway, and it's super convenient!
