Ideal for Groups: 2 Spacious Units Await. The first a 4 bed 4 bath and the 2nd a 2 bed 2 bath with a balcony. With easy access to everything in the heart of West End, you are so close to endless attractions. You can walk to all of West Ends bars and restaurants including one of our favorites, The Local. Experience the Magic of Broadway, Just a Short 5-10 Minute Uber Ride Away!
Our units also comes with 4 free parking spaces in a secured parking garage.
There is a parking garage in an alleyway, behind the main building, where we have 2 dedicated parking spaces for each unit. There is also street parking right by the front doors of the building.
This is a non smoking building however, there is a dedicated smoking area outside of the parking garage.
UNIT # 304
LAYOUT AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.
You will enter the unit from the 3rd level, which is the main level where there is the Kitchen/Living room and two bedrooms.
**There is a washer and dryer along with an Iron and Ironing board for you to use in a closet area that is in the kitchen.
Bedroom #1- King Bedroom w/ full en-suite bathroom (Shower/Bath combo).
Bedroom #2-Queen Bedroom w/ full en-suite bathroom (Shower only, no tub)
*You will walk up the spiral stair case to the second floor where there are two bedrooms.
Bedroom #3- 1 set of Full size Bunk Beds
*There is a private, full bathroom (Shower/Bath combo) next to this
bedroom but it is not connected/en-suite.
Bedroom #4- King Bedroom w/ full en-esuite bathroom (Shower/Bath combo)
*We provide a queen sized air mattress along with the linen needed to make a an extra/comfortable sleeping arrangements.
UNIT # 201
LAYOUT AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS.
You will enter the building from the front door or the parking garage. This unit is right next to the elevators and is only one level.
As you walk into the kitchen there is an island with seating for 3 and the dining table will seat 4. There is a locked closet in the kitchen that is not for guest use. We have 2 coffee makers, one for drip coffee and one for pods. In the living room, there is a futon couch for extra sleeping.
We also have a nice balcony with seating for 4 and a coffee table.
Bedroom #1- King en-suite with walk-in shower and closet and features a double vanity and TV in the bedroom. There is also a desk and chair.
Bedroom #2 King en-suite with shower, single vanity,and walk in closet. There is also a desk and chair in this bedroom.
Please note** THERE IS NO WASHER/DRYER IN THIS UNIT but there is an iron/ironing board in a bedroom closet.
You will have full access to both units
We are not at the property, but are local and available at any time
We are centrally located and near many great attractions that Nashville has to offer. You can walk to The Parthenon (Centennial Park), Vanderbilt, Midtown, many local bars and restaurants (The Local is a favorite of ours), along with fast food chains. We're also only 2.5 miles from Broadway!
You are welcome to bring a car and use our two parking spots in the garage (or street parking) but if you prefer not to drive-Uber/Lyft are always available 24Hrs and are typically less than a five minute wait.
You will have a keyless entry code for easy access and check-n/out.
There is plenty of free parking in the huge lot adjacent to the unit, or in the round about right out front.
Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guests amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
