This was an amazing place to stay during our trip! The house was so clean, decorated beautifully, and we felt like we were at home. The views were spectacular, the beds were comfy, and the hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I would stay there again, and highly recommend this property to others.

I would have rated the house higher but....

Cleanliness and condion of the home were good. Yard had just been maintained when we arrived. Recent renovation on interior and kitchen were good. Bed was comfortable and hot water was scalding hot. All of that was good and neighborhood was really interesting and nice - property felt safe.Couches in this house are fold out beds and they are ridiculously uncomfortable. I can't believe someone would furnish a home with those. Front of home has a westerly orientation and nice view through two windows. No blinds on windows in living area. No way to knock down the sun in afternoon and heat load on house overtakes the air conditioner. Thermostat set at 75 (same as my home) and AC ran continuously from noon to ten at night and couldn't pull the temperature down below 79 most of that time. House desperately needs blinds! AC is working - heat load overtakes it from afternoon sun. Electric bill on this place must be crazy. We were a late June tenant here and it was blazing hot during our stay - May not be an issue other times of year.Listing mentions it, but I have to emphasize for others considering this house if you are older. Very steep grade and driveway is in poor condition. Concrete apron around home is steeply sloped and concrete is totally broken up and cracked. No level place to park and it makes getting in and out of the vehicle challenging. Had fun here notwithstanding.

Quiet country retreat

The property is lovely, and the house is cozy. It’s in the country but close to a grocery store. The house is spaced away from other houses for lots of privacy. The yard is large which allowed plenty of room for our two little pups to run and play. The kitchen is well-stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. The property manager communicated clearly, and getting into the house was the easiest experience we’ve had for any rental. I read lots of reviews on the driveway, but we had no problems despite it being very rainy and muddy. It’s a country, mostly gravel driveway with a steep hill but no steeper than others I’ve seen. Take it slow, and it’s fine. It would have been nice to have a second tv in the house but it worked out for us because we spent more time together. We enjoyed the fire pit but didn’t use the hot tub. Overall, it was a lovely and relaxing place to stay.

Great!

The only thing we wished is that there was a TV in the master bedroom we like to watch tv when we go to bed. But that was the only thing we would have changed! Amazing stay!

Beautiful views

Small but cozy. Views were beautiful. Kitchen very nice but needed more utensils, pots and pans and flatware. We had to buy a hand mixer. Fortunately I brought a sharp knife to slice meat and vegetables. There was only 1 bath towel and wash cloth per person,6 of us. Hot tub was nice but needed some cleaning. There are no dressers in the bedrooms. We had to live out of suitcases. Not very convenient. We had a very nice stay despite all that. The road to the house is extremely bumpy, be prepared.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing with the grocery store being only 3 miles away and you can enjoy the country feel up in the mountain. We loved the simplicity of the house with having a 4 year old and 2 year old. The views of the sunset from the hot tub made this house well worth it!

This was a beautiful place we will definitely be back in the future.

Great private place. Great views. Lots of wildlife. Comfy beds. Hot hot water. There are a few improvements. But overall we enjoyed the house. And will be back in the future.

Quiet get away

Very private location with lots of peace and quiet. Very clean and well stocked. Lots of room to entertain and just enjoy the outdoors. Beds were comfortable but the furniture in the great room could have been more comfortable.

The property is isolated from other properties. Very quiet and serene Sun sets are beautiful The access road to he property is NOT a fun drive The couches in family room are too low to the ground and not very comfortable I would consider renting this property again but not in winter months due to the condition of the acccess road.

Nice property

This was a nice property. The views from this house are stunning. Downside is the driveway. Very rough and long. Had a hard time maneuvering our boat up the drive and limbs scratched our truck. The inside was clean. The sinks in the bathroom are WAY to small with no where to sit anything. The furniture on the back porch is completely rotten and falling apart and the outside itself needs some work. Overall enjoyed the stay but some areas could improve for the price.

Serene and beautiful

Absolutely loved the views and watching the sunsets. House was very clean and welcoming and new kitchen was great. The only drawback was the uncomfortable futons in the living room.

Blessed

It was a great location for our needs, close to both Nashville & Gallatin. Nice view & we enjoyed seeing deer in the yard each morning as well as several turkeys and one peacock! We couldn’t find matches or a starter to get the fire pit going but, we combined our MacGyver skills and finally prevailed and enjoyed a great evening around the fire.
