I had a heating issue around 10:00pm and called downstairs four times and no one answered, not sure if they have someone 24/7. The bathroom didn’t have wash or bath gel had to wait 30 minutes only to have two of the same, I didn’t mind because the women was lovely, she left me with a bar of soap because the amenities stink! When checked in I was told I could get a late checkout only to have someone banging on my door. When I called downstairs the front desk person lied twice, she said she didn’t see the late checkout and the hotel was full booked, I checked online and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. "

"Paid extra for double clean roof that was given room. Waited a long line at the registration desk to have it corrected and was told they were out of double clean rooms. Waited for the manager to come and help. The whole process that took 30 minutes to get checked in. The hallway and rooms are very loud late at night with banging doors. "

"Clean rooms, Foods are very expensive breakfast $24 and $13 for kids. $20 for parking/night. Also, My family felt the water park areas were too cold. However, we loved the activities for kids like meet the wolf, dance party and story time."
