I liked that the hotel was centric to the area. I enjoyed being able to walk everywhere. The hotel itself is ok. The hotel is fairly smail with published amenities being restricted. No gym onsite - although you are able to use the gym at the sister hotel around the corner a block away from this property. The elevator is small and the speed of the elevator was noticiably slow. I ended up using the stairs primarily to walk up and down 6 flights of stairs multiple times daily. It rained fairly consistently, so it was much appreciated that the hotel offered loaner umbrellas to get around. The room was spacious for an executive suite. While the suite had a kitchenette, there was no cutlery to use. Everything required a call or a visit to the front desk.
Also, aside from the kitchenette and the extra space there is no noticable perks between the executive suite and deluxe room options. Hotel cleanliness could be improved - from the towels to the cleaniless in the room.
This hotel is a great option for price conscious guests or guests who do not intent on using the room for other than sleep.

The Emporio Hotel it is fine, but the double bed room is really tiny. Literally, when you get out of bed you are already in the restroom, the closet is super small and you can’t hung a dress because there’s not room for. I was expecting a queen bed but they don’t have queen beds, just double beds or king, but to switch for a king bed was more expensive. The lobby and the facade are beautiful but the rest of the hotel is old and dark. The staff is very friendly and the treat the guests very well.

The front desk was extremely polite and helpful with noise related issues, my first night was a Saturday and was extremely noisy there wS construction and since there is noisy people outside , i asked to be moved to a different room . And waz upgraded and taken care off. Extremely great customer service
