"This is a very old house, with old furniture - it is well kept. It has a new clothes washer and dishwasher. The clothes washer leaked under the sink, and the owner came to try to fix it. It was pretty clean, although there were a lot of ants in the kitchen. "Great location, only 10 min drive away from SanSebastian city center. Cab is 25 Euro or you could take 1 bus for 1.95. Bus stop is 8 minute walk from hotel. Parking at hotel is limited but theres street parking available. Rooms are small but have everything you need. For the price you can’t beat it."

"It’s a 2 star hotel so if you’re expecting more you’ll be disappointed. The room was small but all I needed. No AC but there was a fan in the room so all good. Shower was hot and powerful so no complaints. No elevator so avoid if you struggle with stairs. Great continental breakfast for €12. Staff were very helpful. Great hotel for cyclists on a budget."

"This was a lovely little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it was only a short walk into Ascain where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return again when in the area"
