Staff was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions. The room was perfect for a quick one night stay as it was comfy and cozy. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed after our cruise, huge suite

Property was beautiful and clean , some of the staff had attitude, I fell in there property and sprained my ankle and there was a worker in the utility room and saw me fall and he didn’t even ask to help me get up or if I needed medical attention, I went to the office and told them and they offered me ice , they didn’t even ask if I’m okay or again if I need it medical attention, and they gave me the wrong room I was supposed to get a city view and all I got was a parking lot view , and when I told them they told me it was my problem , my flight was leaving pretty late and I told them to accommodate me because they gave me the wrong room they made me pay for an extra night when I asked them for late check out …. Aisha she was one of the supervisors which was pretty nice to me and tried to accommodate me she tried calling the big office but they didn’t want to accommodate me for a late check out ….

No elevator and you are expected to carry up your own luggage. 3 or 4 floors Some of the front desk staff were rude and didn’t really want to help you. We asked about reserving a cab the night prior to leaving the next morning at 4:00 departure time. We were told someone would be available at 4 am to order cab for us. We found a sign stating staff was on a break and returning soon. They never did. Had to order an Uber. Left 30 min. late! Party on the street night before, so loud we couldn’t sleep. Would not recommend this Hotel!!!

I just returned from 5 days at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve. It was a nice stay. The location worked well for being about a half an hour from the airport and just 15 minutes from the rainforest in Fajardo. The grounds are beautiful and there’s a golf course there. The Puerto Rico open was happening while we were there. Surprisingly, that didn’t affect our stay at all. I loved how secluded this resort is. Unlike other places, I’ve stayed on the island, there were no stray dogs hanging around, which was good because that always pulls at my heart string seeing those. There’s a decent beach and a beautiful pool. We had a room over overlooking the ocean, which was really great. It had a very large balcony which we spent a lot of time lounging on. The staff was really nice and friendly. The one complaint we had was that one night there was a large group of rowdy guys that acted like they were having a frat party out in front of the condo around the fire. They blasted music from 1to 3 AM and were extremely loud and obnoxious. Folks in our building, were all yelling over the balconies asking them to quit it because people were trying to sleep. We had called down to the front desk to ask them to go take care of the situation because nobody in our building was able to sleep with this ruckus going on. No one showed up to get them to pack up their party for at least a half an hour. We were shocked at how long they allowed this to go on. It was really unfortunate.
