|| Off-limits Areas ||
- Locked doors and sheds are strictly off-limits.
|| Smoking ||
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage.
|| Parties and Social Gatherings ||
- Parties, gatherings, and other social functions are
strictly prohibited.
|| Noise ||
- Guests should keep noise at a minimum between 10
pm to 8 am as a courtesy to the neighbours.
|| Guest Limit and Pets ||
- The house is designed to accommodate a
maximum of 5 guests.
- Pets are not permitted.
|| Respect of Property ||
- Please handle all furniture, linens, and finishes with
care. This is a carefully maintained space, and any
damage or excessive wear may result in additional
charges.
|| Parking ||
- Please use the designated driveway for parking.
|| Fireplace ||
- The fireplace is to be used only during winter
months. Please only burn the firewood provided and
no other materials. Always keep the door closed
while the fire is lit to prevent sparks from escaping,
and never leave the fire unattended. Be sure it`s
fully extinguished before going to bed or leaving the
house, and keep any flammable items, like blankets
or decor, at least three feet away.
|| Garbage ||
- To help keep the space clean, please take out the
garbage and recycling when the bins inside are full.
You`ll find larger bins located in the shed in the front
yard. Feel free to use them anytime during your
stay. Please note, glass bottles and cans must be
seperated from regular recycling. The code to
access the shed is S-T-A-Y
|| Locking Up ||
- Please remember to lock all doors and windows
whenever you leave the house, even if it`s just for a
short time.
|| Laundry Door ||
- Please keep the laundry room door open, as this
space contains the return air for the HVAC system
and helps it run efficiently.
