"Poor service at checkin, had to fight to get the copy they took of my passport at checkout. Room was infested with ants so we could not have food in room and the air conditioner would not work. Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"The place was very easy to find and conveniently located near the train station. We had a small wait for check in as you can either let them know what time you are arriving or call them at the apartment and they will come to check you in. The apartment itself is spacious, clean and absolutely ideal for a getaway with friends. There is a small kitchenette, and housekeeping refreshed our waters and coffee daily. There is enough kitchen equipment to make dinner - which we did twice during our stay....

"The hotel is part of a leisure centre with the use of a great pool and gym included. situated in the heart of the old city, many attractions close by within walking distance. "

"We loved the overall feel of apartment but I think our vent may be shared with the neighbouring apartment of a smoker. This was the worst part of our stay as it smelt of smoke. Other than this, it was very nice. "

The building did not have any number. No name to ring and the facade no longer say « la vie en rose » as shown on their pictures online"
