With more than ~ 2,700 sq ft, the home provides ample space to spend quality time with your loved ones. High-quality furnishings throughout are designed to blend comfort with elegance. Beautiful engineered hardwood floors both downstairs and upstairs, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Ground floor ~ 1,300 sq ft

As you step inside, you’re greeted by a bright, open-concept layout featuring KitchenAid appliances, a large dining area, and a spacious living area.

Outdoor living is equally impressive. The heated swimming pool with western exposure offers sun-soaked afternoons and beautiful sunsets. A built-in grill and outdoor kitchen make entertaining effortless, while a full third bathroom downstairs provides convenient access to the pool area.

Upstairs ~1,400 sq ft
