Songo River Bend House is ideal for large families or groups of friends traveling with children. The home features four bedrooms and comfortably accommodates 12 guests with 2.5 bathrooms. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, breakfast table, and additional seating at the large island. The dining room offers ample space for meals together.

The main-level master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub and shower. Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms with queen beds share a full bathroom. The finished basement features a bedroom with two doubles and two twins, plus a large family room perfect for movie or game nights. Air conditioning is included in all bedrooms and the main living room, ensuring comfort throughout the home—please note that the lower-level bedroom and lower living room do not have AC.

Outside, enjoy a vast yard, wraparound deck, and fire pit for evening gatherings. Bring your boat and tie up to newly installed dock—or rent one—to access Brandy Pond, Long Lake, and Sebago Lake.

A short drive takes you to all that Naples offers in the summer, from shopping and dining to lakeside fun. Enjoy jet ski and boat rentals, Songo River Queen cruises, and live music almost nightly throughout the season. With plenty of room for play and relaxation, this property is perfect for a memorable seasonal stay.

The house is situated on a very quiet dirt road, ensuring a peaceful stay. The dock is easily accessible, located just across the street and down a short pathway from the house. You’ll find stairs leading down to the river and the dock, making it convenient to enjoy the water.
