The room had the most amazing view over Naples. Waking each morning with the Vesuvius as a backdrop overlooking Naples bay was a joy. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast is plentiful. The rooms were absolutely spotless and the owner arranged our 4am taxi transfer back to the airport. Couldn't have asked for more.

Der er ekstremt lydt imellem værelserne. Lyd fra gaden er intet problem, men lyden fra de andre gæster. Rigtig fin beliggenhed og nemt at komme rundt. Personalet er meget hjælpsom, alt forgår på italiensk men med hjælp fra googletranslate er det nemt. Check in er nemt. Værelset fremstår rent, dog er der lidt beskidt omkring især sengen. Let lækker italiensk morgenmad med lidt af det hele.

A top find. Fabulous views, a generous and comprehensive breakfast, clean and friendly. Vitoria who served breakfast could not have been more helpful. Warning - it is on the seventh floor but is served by a charming, reliable lift. Best view in Naples.

My wife and I visited Naples and stayed at Santa Caterina B&B. The room was very comfortable and clean. The view from the balcony was impressive. It looks out over Naples port. The breakfast was great.

Santa Caterina was very clean and staff were helpful. It jas a nice ambience. Breakfast was very nice - would have liked it to begin a little earlier b/c we had an early start to day (at least coffee). Room was great & view beautiful. Because it is tucked away in the city, must allow extra time to get anywhere b/c of traffic. Would definitely recommend to others.

The view from our balcony was breathtaking! Unobstructed views across the city in a 180degree arc with the Bay of Naples on full display including Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento & Capri. The sight of the lighthouse sweeping the harbour at night was magical. Alex the owner was very friendly and helpful as were the staff on the premises at breakfast and the cleaners too. The air conditioning was a real blessing! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Die Lage des Hotels ist für Sightseeing in Neapel zu Fuß absolut perfekt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer im 7. Stock – dieser ist wirklich extrem gut! Das Zimmer selbst war ordentlich und sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem (haben nur ganz leicht gequietscht). Es gab jedoch ein paar Punkte, die den Aufenthalt getrübt haben: Balkontür & Lärm: Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen bzw. fixieren. Dadurch drang nicht nur der Lärm von Möwen und dem Verkehr ein, sondern es waren auch Windgeräusche zu hören. Das war im 7. Stock nicht nur laut, sondern hat das Zimmer auch abgekühlt. Frühstück: Es gab fast kein Gemüse und nur Schwarzbrot. Das Angebot war sehr auf Süßgebäck und Kuchen konzentriert. Mit einfachen Mitteln ließe sich die Qualität hier deutlich steigern. Instandhaltung: Im Badezimmer hatte der Duschschlauch leider ein Loch. Fazit: Insgesamt eine wirklich nette Unterkunft, die vor allem durch Lage und Aussicht besticht, aber bei der Instandhaltung und dem Frühstück noch Verbesserungspotenzial hat.

We loved our stay at Santa Caterina BnB! The host Alex was so friendly and made check in super easy. From check in to the lovely little breakfast they served, our stay was great - oh and don’t forget about the views! Down the hill, and all around, are restaurants, convenience stores, cafes, and more. Location was fantastic for a true Naples experience. Just note the property is at the top of the hill - we got dropped by our taxi at the bottom and had to lug our suitcase up (which was our fault). I recommend making sure you have the WhatsApp downloaded ahead of time - that’s where Alex will send you clearly outlined instructions for check in! Thank you again, Alex and Anna for a wonderful time!

This gated property needed 4 different access codes to enter into the property from the main gate to the room which we did not receive from the owner and we were stranded outside the main gate for a long time. We are senior citizens and the owner was not willing to come but finally we found a lady on the street who helped to contact him to get directions to enter the property and to our room. But Other guests were given the access codes before they checked in.

Directions for contactless entry were not shared prior to arrival. Check in did not go smoothly. There was not a visible sign on the property so was confusing. The b&b is on the top floor of an apartment building. The AC in our unit did not work, was blowing warm air. The air dryer was also broken. We asked to switch rooms but could not as it was booked up. The staff was not helpful - did not do anything about AC or broken hairdryer while we were there. The b&b itself is really nice and the view was absolutely amazing. If our AC had worked, we had a hair dryer, and check in had gone smoothly, I would have been happy with this place.

We had a terrible stay at this bed and breakfast. The first issue was not being able to be let in the property and not having any check in instructions. We were called three times by the hotel to check in due our flight being delayed and the guy was demanding to know where we were. We waited 20 minutes to be let into the hotel by strangers not even the hotel staff came to greet us.when we got there for check in the room wasn’t even clean and ready and hotel staff tried to kick us out while waiting for the room to be cleaned. The only nice part was the room view . The breakfast of salami and cheese made our stomachs upset every day we ate it the breakfast menu was the same thing every day. The manager and his staff were rude to us they said they sent pictures to eachother about how dirty our room was and it wasn’t even that dirty or bad just standard use . After hearing about the hotel talking rudely about us we got a hotel elsewhere for three days just to avoid the place because we felt super uncomfortable there. I wouldn’t recommend the place rude staff who talk badly about customers and they weirdly kept tabs on our comings and goings.

Points forts : superbe établissement au 7ème et dernier étage d'un hôtel particulier en plein centre de Naples tout près de la place Plébiscitons et des rues commerçantes. Chambre 3 couchages très propre et joliment décorée et vue imprenable sur la ville, la baie et le Vésuve. Points à améliorer : Petit dèjeuner servi entre 8h00 et 10h00 un peu tard pour partir en excursion. Quand la personne arrivait à l'heure ce qui n'a pas été souvent le cas : nous sommes partis en excursion plusieurs fois sans attendre ! Car le proprio n'habite pas sur place et vu la circulation dèmente dans Naples difficile d'être ponctuel. Linge de toilette changé qu'une seule fois en 7 jours et consommables pas au top : il manquait du gel douche à notre arrivée et avons dû demander du papier toilette dans la semaine car pas renouvelé. Panne chauffe-eau le jour de notre arrivée. Insonorisation des chambres insuffisantes : on entendait distinctement les discussions de nos voisins ... Enfin, mais ça n'est pas lié à cette propriété, il est quasiment impossible de se garer en voiture : pas de parking dans la résidence pour les touristes si ce n'est aller dans un des nombreux parkings privés aux alentours souvent saturés et très chers : de 25€ à 35€ la nuit à la "tête du client". Si vous n'êtes pas habitués à la conduite "sportive" en agglomération dense NE LOUEZ PAS de voiture ! Je roule professionnellement tous les jours depuis plus de 40 ans et je n'ai jamais vu ça même en Asie : c'est la jungle

Wat een heerlijk uitzicht heeft deze B&B! Het was even zoeken naar de ingang, maar gelukkig waren de Italianen behulpzaam om ons de weg te wijzen! Ontbijt is prima. Niet veel keus, maar er werd een heerlijke espresso en cappuccino gemaakt! Alessandro is behulpzaam om te helpen bij vragen! We hebben een prima verblijf gehad.

Lamentable. Acceso trecientos metros de cuesta.

De vergüenza. Cuando llegamos a las calle ,ni el taxista quería subir. Em todos lados había letreros "acera deformada". La calles sucias y una cuesta para subid con u a imclinacios del 10% . No había ni letrero q señalizara el hotel .El acceso daba miedo entrar . El ascensor si se mueve mycjl se cae ,porque tendrá un siglo . Una vez dentro del "hotel " no había no aire no calefacción Los aparatos no funcionaban,.las hab no se podían dormir de la luz que entraban y no limpiamos, no cambian las toallas . Lame ntables, vamos. No iríamos más ahi ni gratis ,porque para colmo nos costó 74 € diarios

Great stay

Great stay. The view is absolutely amazing and the host Alex is a gem and very responsive. The only thing that lets them down is breakfast it is quiet poor. Would definitely stay here again though
