Great getaway when touring the Everglades. Management was very helpful and nice. Property well kept and the pool is huge and very clean. Would stay there again if I ever visit the Everglades again

Vrbo stay

I enjoyed my stay visiting friends close by. I loved being able to use the pool which is beautiful!. Parking was a bit difficult, but overall my stay was fine.

Provided what I needed

Overall place is fine. Wouldn’t mind an extra pot and pan to cook. Walls are a little thin so can hear neighbors once in a while, but overall quiet and not disturbing.

Awful! I had NO option but to stay..my helper ended up leaving Saturday because of conditions of this property. I NEEDED good sleep as i was working long hours. I guess this place would be okay to rent by the hour! NOT WHAT I

Not exactly as listed

This is a great location and the room was nice and large. The refrigerator was full size and there was plenty of room. However, the floors were very dirty and there was very little attention to detail. One of the wine glasses had a broken base, the towels did not match, there was mold on the window sills, the air conditioner did not work well, and the laundry was locked with a key card that I had to borrow from one of the workers. The onsite restaurant had great food, but it was not open during the listed hours (i.e. these closed because it was slow and did not notify the residents).

Cool Resort

The studio room was well appointed and clean. The directions from the VRBO/Evolve site stated that there would be a lockbox and provided a key code to retrieve the key. When we arrived and found our room, There was no lockbox. Eventually we made our way to the main building and found that we needed to pick up a physical key at that desk. The room was as advertised. The only unfortunate part was very loud neighbors fighting from 9:00 to 10:30 pm and then 1 AM to 2 AM and then again at six in the morning our first night. The walls are very thin. We tried to change our room, but we were unable to do so. Otherwise the main pool area is beautiful. The main building is beautiful - would stay there again, but in the main building or the pool cabanas only. We stayed 4 nights-and 2 nights were quiet. There is a bar/restaurant on the property and there was breakfast provided every morning. The property also has a large marina. This resort is an interesting alternative to a typical hotel.
