Great historic building, in an amazing location. Lots to do and see in walking distance. Marina was incredibly welcoming and even helped us arrange transport back to the airport.

I’d definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a great stay. The property is located in the middle of everything, walking distance to metro, restaurants, shops, and other attractions. Friendly and responsive hosts! Marco and Marina answered promptly all my questions

Marco and Marina were great. They were always ready to help and very helpful with advise during our stay. Location was great and breakfast was delicious too. We just had to go down the cafe and got it. Only thing was that our room did not have air conditioning, but they gave us 2 big fans that helped during our stay.

The area is extremely noisy. There is a bar underneath and they are loud until 1am. Plus the smoke is carried into the room. Also, I did not expect the bathroom to be separate from the room. The staff was nice but the room was not comfortable.

More like a hostle than a hotel .

I will sleep anywhere and travel at ease but I usually like to know what I’m getting into. It was clean enough but not comfortable Well we needed a place far and the pics made it to look nice. My bed was two individual twins put together. The other beds had no sheets and a scratchy wool blanket. They weren’t beds, they were old couches. The architecture was beautiful but the ad didn’t say we had to ask for a fridge or forks or cups or spoons for coffee. There are NO AMENITIES. share a bathroom.

La struttura é situata nella via parallela di via Toledo, via principale di Napoli. Si trova a pochi passi dalla metro Dante.raggiungibile in taxi con cinque minuti. Personale gentilissimo, pronto ad aiutarci in ogni occasione e risolverci ogni dubbio. L’unica pecca è il bagno privato esterno. Viene fornita una chiave insieme alle chiavi della camera, ma nel corridoio si possono incontrare altri ospiti. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno è stato veramente eccellente

Charme et originalité dans le centre historique

Séjour très plaisant, emplacement idéal dans le centre historique, tout est accessible à pied. Vaste documentation en anglais sur place. Nous étions dans une chambre quadruple, avec salle de bains privative au bout du couloir. Splendide décoration moulurée, carrelage, porte-fenêtre avec volets et double vitrage, donnant sur une ruelle perpendiculaire à une rue très passante, à 10 mètres. Malgré tout, du bruit reste à prévoir en journée et en soirée. Couloirs avec plancher en bois. Grand appartement ancien, bien sécurisé. Salon très cosy, où est servi le petit-déjeuner, copieux, varié, de qualité. A revoir peut-être : la porte de la chambre est vitrée, avec des rideaux légers et trop petits, et l'éclairage de la réception entre dans la chambre la nuit. Les photos des propriétaires donnent une bonne idée de ce lieu original. Merci encore à eux !
