We loved our stay here! Communication was excellent. Our host met us outside the hotel and helped carry in our luggage. He walked us through the room and all of our amenities. He provided water for us daily. He checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and he was always available to answer questions. Our location was perfect. Our room was large with plenty of room for three! We would stay here again!

Excelente hospedaje, super bien ubicado. Giovanni estuvo al pendiente de cualquier necesidad que tuvieramos, nos dió toda la info que necesitamos y fue extremadamente gentil. Cuando vuelva a Napoles me quedaré nuevamente en Kind Places.

This is a nice and unique place to stay and the team was excellent at keeping in touch. They even facilitated early check in which was most appreciated. I would stay here again however you should be prepared for how busy Naples is!

My stay was wonderful - they met me at the door and walked me through the space. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and convenient location. As questions came up about travel, they were very responsive and helpful. I even found a couple great dinner spots nearby! Highly recommend!

Well located within walking distance of the major sights. Also 3 minutes from the Metro. Really nicely furnished, modern style and very clean. Giovanni is a great host, always available and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

This was such an amazing property. Plenty of room, close by shopping and dining. The host was truly the best. They were able to make recommendations of places to eat and where to tour. Cant thank them enough and cant wait til we're back in Naples so we can enjoy this experience again

Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience.

Very close to Dante station and a short foot walk to many attractions in Naples. Giovanni is very helpful with recommendations, attractions etc. and organizes everything needed.

Stunning Accomendations.

Amazing space, so comfortable and roomy for the price. Gio was amazing! Small thing, getting hot water for the bath tub was not working.

The property is clean and quiet. It is located in the heart of Naples. The host, Giovani, takes this property from a 4 star to 5 star. He was there to answer every question and make recommendations.

This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed in. Giovi is a wonderful host and truly cares about his guests. We felt very well looked after. He took the time to show us the best places to visit and the best attractions. I cannot recommend this property enough! Giovanni was professional and a pleasure to talk to. Prior to arrival he messaged us and was prompt and happy to assist via WhatsApp. Giovanni made is feel very welcome, and provided all the necessary information regarding our stay and the room facilities. We were very lucky to be offered an earlier check in as the room had been vacated early and was promptly prepared for our arrival. This was above and beyond and we certainly appreciated the offer. The room we had was fabulous. Extremely comfortable and clean. Everything was in good order and of very high quality. My only negative was the bath took ages to fill and the water was not very hot. The property was in a brilliant location, central to everything. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Street noise was blocked out well with the glazing and if you have the room looking onto the courtyard it is very quiet indeed. We had two balconies looking out over the street which was bright and airy, even though they are standing balconies only. We had a very comfortable stay, a selection of teas, coffee and still water was supplied free of charge. The mini bar had a good selection, but was chargable. Unlike other places/hotels we have stayed, your room is generally cleaned and bed made. Kind Places do not do this, but we were not worried as we felt it was not required anyway. Some people may not like this. Overall we enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend staying. FAB!

Absolute 10/10 - perfect location, just 100m from Dante Metro, and easy walk everywhere, including Spaccanopipoli.Suite was modern, well equipped and would not hesitate to recommend. Gio is a great host, and looked after us all through the stay. And Napoli is mad, but fantastic, with foid and drink to match.

Started our stay off with a very warm and friendly reception from Govi and his mother, they were very accommodating during our time in Napoli . The room is a quiet oasis complete with a large walk in shower and small balcony. The location is easily walkable from the Metro and close to the historic old town , so it was very easy to explore the city. I Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Napoli.
