Very nice clean, centrally located hotel. The beds were comfortable and the linen was beautifully clean and fresh. Can’t fault this hotel in central Naples. I would stay here again.

Very central boutique hotel within walking distance to old town and Spanish quarters. Friend staff ..Fabio was very friendly and knowledgable. Would definately recommend this hotel for a wonderful time in Naples.

Fabulous location within easy walk to everywhere. Downside of this is that its on a very busy main road. Traffic goes through to 2/3am if you are a light sleeper maybe not for you. Staff very nice & helpful especially Fabio Breakfast continental & limited choice.

Great hotel and service

Hotel is located in a great location. Walking distance to the Spanish quarter, restaurant and bars. The staff was great, specially Michele very accommodating gave us great tips and he was always very helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Location is good. near marina stations and many tourist attractions. Room come with breakfast. It was good. staffs were good and helpful. room and bed OK. Room is small and bathroom is very small too. shower is small and door was cheap. Stay a few night. Overall, I would recommend it for location and convenient.

Michelle at front reception was kind, professional and informative. He provided excellent guidance on sights near and far. Despite the fact that we arrived well before check-in time he made us feel welcome. He even offered us a choice of room/floor, pointing out that one was quieter than the other. All staff were outstanding. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous.

The good parts: Friendly staff, good location, clean room, nice view from the breakfast. The bad parts: Noisy AC/ventilation made it hard to sleep, cigarette smoke from neighbouring rooms made it hard to breathe. Quite expensive for what you get.

Good location near to Metro and ferry port . Unfortunately we have not good experiences: toilet flash was not working need to press hard multiple times , door knob not working and they transferred us to new room promised that We will transfer our personal belongings after our tour , sad part they transferred us but they gave our room to another guest . The concierge for night duty scolded me I picked up the wrong key. With all of these I keep on traveling and appreciate the beauty of the world. Enjoy life ..

Hotel is located in a good part of the town with great access to metro and harbor with 24 hour front desk. staff were friendly and cooperative. Room was clean and there was a maid service every day. breakfast was served in a room that they had built on the roof and had a view. breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, toast, cheese, sandwich meat, fresh orange juice, pastry, serial, etc. the only problem we had during our stay was the internet. it was slow and shotty. during day several times it would disconnect, and when it was connected it was very slow. the only time we could use it was in middle of night when other guests were sleep.

Good location, but should really get a fresh up...

I liked the location of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff, at least those at the reception were always welcoming us when passing by. The room itself was rather small, especially the bed and the shower, could barely turn around inside this shower box. It didn't help that the shower itself was right in the center of the wall... The toilet was often flushing from itself, out of nothing, and water was running for quite some time until it finally decided to stop at some point... Very irritating. The breakfast was very limited, nearly no option that we could eat. Eating sweets for breakfast is really a no-go... The hotel building could definitely need a renovation... For what we paid I'd have expected a bit more.

The front desk staff, Michele, Fabio and the lady working afternoon/evenings went above and beyond to take great care of us with parking, dining recommendations, room accommodations etc. They were always very helpful, friendly and professional. The location was easy to walk everywhere especially to the Port to catch the ferries! We would stay here again!
