Nice room and kind staff

At first, it's a bit difficult to see how to go the front. However, checking-in and after that is very smooth because the staff was so kind. In addition, the room was very comfortable.

出張で一週間ほど滞在しました。広いリビングやクローゼットだけでなく、キッチンや冷蔵庫、洗濯機もあって快適な生活ができました。キッチンには鍋やフライパン、食器もあるのですぐに料理ができます。それから、Dish Washer もあるので片付けも簡単です。電子レンジと掃除機など生活に必要なものはだいたいそろっていたので、とても快適に過ごすことができました。もちろんスタッフもとても親切で、街中ですが落ち着いていて便利な場所なのでまた利用したいです。

Great location in regards to being close to everything in Naples, port, metro station etc. but it is located in a high rise building on floor 7 so there are alot of other business/residences

A sparkle in Naples

The receptionist did everything she could to accomodate us and our daughter who is gluten free. The room was beautifully cleaned. I would highly recommend this place and the location.

Overall a pleasant stay. We stayed the New Year’s Eve, saw a bit of fireworks from the room which was not expected. Location was good. Staff was nice, service was good.

Great apartment

Apartment was comfortable and very clean . Was less than 10 minute walk to old Naples district. Welcoming staff most friendly and helpful. I would recommend this apartment to my best of friends.

Nous avons adoré Naples , l hôtel est très bien placé .....très près du centre historique , le quartier espagnol et de la mer .par contre en bas de l immeuble , il faut aller à gauche du guichier du concierge et prendre l ascenseur jusqu au 7 étage .Petit déjeuner sympa avec gâteaux typiques d Napoli

Albergo molto bello in centro a Napoli

Albergo molto bello in centro di Napoli. Comodo a piazza Del Plebiscito, al maschio Angioino e a tutti i mezzi pubblici. La sua posizione ti permette di girare tutto il centro a piedi. Molto pulito ed accogliente! Il proprietario e la ragazza sono delle persone molto gentili e disponibili. Esperienza da ripetere sicuramente. La camera é dotata di tutti i confort, aria condizionata, frigo, phon e TV. Bagno molto pulito con cambio di biancheria giornaliero. La colazione é abbondante e, naturalmente, non mancano le sfogliatelle napoletane. Lo consiglio a tutti.

Nightmare in Napoli

As soon as I arrived at the place it was informed me that there was a problem with my room and they would have to move me to another place, 15 minutes far from where I booked (I wasn't warned before by the staff about that). And I didn't want the change because I had choosed the placed based on the location, close to Toledo Station, that was the most important thing for me. Since it hadn't any option it was offered me a nice apartment at Cappela Vecchia (a great place but distant from subway stations), in a airbnbn format (an apartment in a building without reception), and they gave me the keys from the apartment and from the building entrance. To resume the nightmare history: I left the apartment at night to have dinner, and when I came back at 12pm, the key wasn't able to open the building's door and my cellphone had run out of battery at that time. So I needed to sleep at the streets (with 7 degrees) waiting till 7am the stores to open and buy a powerbank, turn on the cellphone and ask someone from the staff to help me.They were really lovely to answer and to help me at 7h30am. When they arrived, they realized that really there was a problem with the building's door (the person that came had to ask for help from someone inside the building he knew). There wasn't offered me any compensation even considering that I hadn't neither half of the stay inside the apartment.

Siamo stati a Napoli in visita per 3 giorni. Abbiamo scelto il residence perché Expedia ce lo offriva ad un prezzo vantaggioso (più basso rispetto a quello proposto di solito). La posizione è centrale e comoda per raggiungere tutto visto che è a pochi minuti a piedi sia dal centro storico che dai qurtieri spagnoli e piazza plebiscito. La colazione prevede caffè, the, sfogliatelle calde, yogurt, speck, sottilette, pane, uova e cereali. Colazione abbastanza essenziale rispetto agli hotel a 4 stelle. Non aspettatevi un buffet mastodontico ma nel nostro caso è stata più che sufficiente visto che poi ci sono una sacco di cose da assaggiare a Napoli.

Wonderful hotel, friendly owners

Easily walkable from the train station and to all places in historic Naples and the waterfront. The staff were particularly friendly and wonderful with the elderly man who checked us in being extremely welcoming. They shared all the best spots to visit and gave us a map and were interested in making our stay perfect. They spoke Italian and were proficient in English as well. I would highly recommend this place as it was excellent and affordable for my stay in Napoli.

Non hôtel bien situé

Il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, mais d'un B&B. Il faut savoir qu'il faut monter au 7ème etage de l'escalier A (information que nous n'avons pas eu avant ; ce qui nous a laissé perplexe dans le hall de l'immeuble pendant quelques minutes). Les chambres que nous avons eues étaient petites mais fonctionnelles ; le petit dej est servi dans la chambre, bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup d'espace pour y manger. Il est copieux et varié : boisson au choix, yaourt, oeuf dur, biscottes, pain brioché, croissant, pâtisserie napolitaine, fromage genre Vache qui rit, beurre, confiture, fruit. Il est bien situé, au pied du quartier historique et du quartier espagnol. On peut faire beaucoup de choses à pied.

Central Residence

The Fiorentini Residence was situated well in the centre of most things, it was an easy to walk to the metro which enabled you to get to most places of interest.

OK but disappointing

This is not a hotel as I would expect. It was more like a B & B. The room was basic and rather small - pictures are quite deceiving! The view was not of the volcano and/or the bay of Naples as described. There was no 24 hour manned reception. Having said that the lady that looked after the rooms was kind and helpful. This place is OK as somewhere cheap to sleep, but I would not recommend it for families.
