Casa Aria is an elegant, tropical retreat complete with all the amenities for a luxurious beach vacation! A heated pool and hot tub await you on the screened lanai, which is beautifully finished with paver brick decking and surrounded by tropical landscaping. The interior of the three bedroom, two bath home is finely appointed with high tray ceilings and bright natural colored finishes including gleaming stone countertops, sleek dark cabinetry and light neutral tile throughout. A spacious and open great room is home to a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and living room with views out to the lanai. The primary suite has a king size bed and luxurious bath with dual sink vanities, glass enclosed shower and separate tub. One guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the other is set up as a flex space with two twins. The two car garage is home to beach gear for making the trip to either of the fantastic nearby beaches - Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park (1.5 miles) or Vanderbilt Beach (2 miles). Tennis, racquetball and basketball courts are just a short ride away (2 miles) on Vanderbilt Beach Road at Pelican Bay Community Park and outdoor shopping, dining and nightlife center Mercato (which has a Whole Foods!) is just a mile and a half from the house. The Naples Park neighborhood is surrounded by great restaurants and resorts including the Ritz Carlton Naples and LaPlaya. Make Casa Aria your Naples home base for a comfortably luxe getaway to paradise!

PET POLICY: Well behaved dogs will be considered with approval of the specific breed and age. Please include this information in your inquiry or booking for consideration. Additional pet fees will apply.

RENTAL PURPOSE: This property is intended for single-family and transient guest rentals only - any requests for work crews require specific approval prior to booking. No commercial vehicles or work trucks may be parked on site.

COMMERCIAL USE: Commercial and/or business use of the property is not allowed, including commercial photography or filming.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
