Absolutely brilliant. Check in was professionally handled over WhatsApp in perfect English. The room was extremely clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. Lots of storage space, power sockets, AC worked perfectly, shower was great and there was a proper mini fridge (not a weak hotel one) with a bottle of water that was already cold on arrival. In addition, lots of nice touches like an air freshener on top of the wardrobe, great coffee machine and a hanger to dry any clothes you may want to wash in the room. Ignore comments about the area. You are staying literally 60 seconds away from Napoli Centrale, not in a leafy suburb. It is perfectly safe and you’ll be grateful for staying right next to all the transport options that Napoli offers. I will 100% stay here whenever I stay in Napoli, everything was ideal.

We booked a room due to a flight cancellation, Irma very helpful and attentive, the room was ready and we were able to checked in immediately and rest from a stressful morning. Best A/C in my hole vacation!! room cleaned n hot water shower 👍👍👍

The room was clean, bright, and comfortable, with a simple yet stylish bathroom design. The room had a charming and romantic atmosphere. Shopping, dining, and transportation were all very convenient.

The area is not the best at night but the room was exactly like the pics. It’s across the street from the main terminal in Naples and the Allibus dropped me off right across the street. The room was thoughtfully decorated and very clean. It’s located inside a building and the host will reach out to you to provided you all the info you need to check in. This is more like an Air BnB with a more responsive host. She came to check in on me every night to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The bed was a little firm but the pillows were very comfortable. First time I slept away from home without neck pains. There’s a mini fridge in the room and if you have leftovers, there’s a microwave in the hallway to heat up your food. Overall a good experience and would stay again.

Il bnb è in una zona centrale e comoda per muoversi. Imma è stata gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni esigenza, camera pulitissima e comoda. Consiglio assolutamente e sicuramente torneremo in questo bnb per un futuro viaggio a Napoli.
