"I stay at your hotel frequently because I do business in downtown Naples, Florida. The trip I just took this week had to be cut short because I was called to another meeting back home in Michigan. Even though I booked my reservation through Expedia- the manager took the time to hear my situation and was very kind when Expedia called and asked permission to refund my last night. I was so pleased, I booked my next trip in early July at this same location. It is very well run and would highly recommend anyone considering to stay in the Naples Florida market."
