Do Not Waste Money

I was very disappointed! I was shown the “spa” when I checked in yet was never able to use it because the receptionist was never there. I tried messaging the hotel and never got a response. I paid for the president suite since it had a bathtub. There was no hot water my first night. When I did get hot water I discovered the tub’s drain doesn’t seal properly so I wasn’t able to even use the tub. They list in room massage- lie no massage at all and laundry services just means they change the sheets. The one blanket I got was stained as well as a pillow that had no pillow case.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per 1 notte in una stanza matrimoniale con la vasca idromassaggio... ho avuto una brutta esperienza, appena arrivati la stanza aveva un forte odore di fumo , poi nel bagno veniva un cattivo odore dallo scarico ... aria condizionata ha cominciato a funzionare dopo una lunga attesa, asciugamano rotto, coperta letto sporca , letto sfondato e per finire nessuna traccia di colazione le foto che stavano sul sito per la colazione erano prima della pandemie... il ragazzo della reception molto gentile ci ha aiutato per eliminare un pò l'odore del bagno ma puzza di fumo è rimasta ancora , veramente una brutta esperienza, soldi spesi male...

Esta propiedad está ubicada en una redoma donde pasan muchos carros y se escucha muchas cornetas, mucho ruido y eso que las ventanas quitan mucho de ese sonido pero no es suficiente. La limpieza es lo que más le falta a esta propiedad, El lavamanos estaba tapado y la ducha estába rota

Overall our stay was OK. One night half way through our stay when we returned to our room, we discovered that a shower door had been shattered and there was glass all over our bathroom floor and bedroom. The gentleman at reception was great and assisted in cleaning it up but we continued walking on glass or the rest of our stay. The shower head was never fixed and we had to hold the shower head with one hand each time. The location of the hotel was great, but having to walk on glass and finding it in our luggage and bathroom things for the rest of the trip was unpleasant and painful.

Più attenzione al cliente

Ho provato a chiamare la struttura intorno alle ore 13:00 per chiedere se fosse possibile anticipare il check in, ma tutti i telefoni erano fuori posto. Ci dirigiamo e la ragazza delle pulizie ci comunica che la reception apre alle 15:00. Ci presentiamo quindi a quell’ora e troviamo un’altra persona delle pulizie che ci comunica che la receptionist sarebbe arrivata a breve. A breve ha significato quasi 15 minuti, che saranno pochi si ma avessimo avuto una risposta prima sarebbe stato non male. Stanza non male anche se c’erano diverse imperfezioni come la porta del bagno scorrevole che era bloccata lasciando la porta aperta e delle prese un po’ difettose

Communication was poor, at best. First we were told that we could drop off our luggage prior to check in and we were told that there was parking near by. When we arrived, it was very difficult to find the hotel, we could not even park near by to unload. There was a person standing by the door who refused to take our luggage as promised and that changed our plans completely. Ultimately, we did not feel safe when trying to find parking and we had to cancel the the reservation, we had to find another hotel. Do not recommend this place at all, very bad.

Nice stay once we found the place. Very difficult to find. Parking was an experience i have never had before. The hotel has No parking and you have to hand over your car to some Guy that stops you in the road. ( Normal in Nepals they say);). Once you find the reception on the fourth floor, the welcome we recieved wasn’t the friendliest. The receptionist seemed more interested in her computer than guests. We never saw anyone the rest of our stay or checkout. Room was clean and a very good size. Jacuzzi bath in the room was a bit strange( No shower). Hotel is supposed to be a spa but We were never told anything about any spa. Find another hotel.

Lovely hotel, fantastic stay.

This hotel is in a great position for all amenities and easy access to the port for trips to Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi. Very large rooms and the most comfy bed ever. Staff and very polite and helpful, rooms cleaned daily to a very high standard. Even, the ricketty old lift was charming. Enjoyed a lovely stay and would definitely return.
