This inviting 2-bedroom + den home offers an open floor plan designed for entertaining, accommodating up to 6 guests. Relax under the newly screened lanai with your morning coffee while enjoying views of the second hole of the Flamingo Island Golf Course.

The living room boasts a large-screen TV and comfortable seating, while the kitchen features a high-top table with views of both the living area and the pool. This well-equipped kitchen, complete with clean appliances, allows you to enjoy cooking while taking in the picturesque patio views. The private lanai is outfitted with umbrellas, cozy patio furniture, and a grill—ideal for outdoor dining or lounging by the heated saltwater pool.

Please Note: This home is not suitable for small children; all guests must be seasoned swimmers.

For beach lovers, we provide a full-sized umbrella, 4 beach chairs, a cooler, towels, and a beach wagon for your convenience. If you prefer to explore the area, you’ll find 2 bicycles available for your use.
