Spacious lower floor suite of rooms in a 3 level villa near the beach and Ahuriri Village in beautiful, sunny, Napier. Stroll along Hardinge road to the Village's Cafe's, bars and restaurants or drive two minutes to the centre of Napier City
Lock box key access. Own Front door. Communication with Hosts via phone call buzzer to upper levels.

Owners of home may or may not be in residence in upstairs accommodation. Your privacy will be respected.

You can walk or cycle to central Napier City via the Port on our ever popular walkway and cycle way to enjoy all the great amenities that Napier has to offer. We offer the large integral garage for security of those who have, or hire bikes. Alternatively a short drive over the hill will get you to the city centre for shopping, restaurants and more cafe's. Lovely Wineries are scattered in all directions , including, The Mission Estate, Crab Farm Winery, Church Road and further out, Elephant Hill at Te Awanga, BlackBarn in Havelock North and Craggy Range Winery outside Havelock North. Not to mention, our own Urban Winery, here in Ahuriri.

Hawkes' Bay hosts many concerts and events including the Mission Concert and our world renowned Art Deco Week every February, among others.

The apartment suite has one queen bedroom with doors to garden, one living area with door to garden and a modern, spacious bathroom.
A laundry/ kitchenette with every thing needed for basic self catering. The apartment is light, clean and easily accessed with free off street parking. A very secure integral garage to store your bicycles and other cycling gear in.

Fabulous location and lovely host. The accommodation was immaculate, very spacious and comfortable. Close to the sea, local restaurants and only a few minutes’ drive from the city centre.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay, perfect for our cycling holiday. Very clean and tidy. Friendly, accommodating hosts. Kitchenette very small but didn't worry us as we wanted to eat out each night at local restaurants. Would be happy to stay again.

Excellent very posh and functional

The property is across the street from the ocean. At one end of the street are restaurants and bistros. A short walk (about 30 minutes) via the ocean walkway will get you to the downtown shops and restaurants. Very lovely. The unit is ideally suited for one or two people. The TV room is very nice and there is a work area with a pair of desks. As for the bed, it's very comfortable. The kitchen isn't set up for doing much cooking, but it was fine for what I needed. The washer and dryer are in the unit, so that's a big help. Joan and Alf are wonderful and very enjoyable to chat with. If I were to visit Napier again, I would gladly book this property again.

Grandma's House

The bedroom was great and sitting room was good however cooking was not possible in the GARAGE even making of coffee we had to get water from the LAUNDRY tub. Only place to prepare sandwiches was on the garage table. Having breakfast cereal was on our lap in the sitting room. The larger fridge contained their food and PRIVATE stickers were everywhere. The window ledge in the bathroom was the only spot our personal toiletries. Please remove your stuff before renting out to someone. I truly felt as if I was at grandma's

Lovely part of Napier to stay. Joan & Alf made sure we were comfy, which we were. We had free wifi, TV, beds, cooking facilities, lovely bathroom, all in spick and span condition. No complaints at all. Thanks!

Beach stay

Very clean nice comfortable bed. Kitchen is small but works for simple breakfast and snacks. The Kitchen is actually in the garage but has access to a little outdoor sitting area. We didn’t have any meals in and ate out so it worked great for us. The location was perfect for getting around and close to everything. Lovely hosts to deal with!
