Things can change a little bit
"The only thing we don't like is you can't go get your on ice You have to call the desk for someone to bring it. I wait about 30 minutes to get ice. We had two phones in the room and they both didn't work. I had to use my cell phone to call the desk."

Mar 7, 2020They staff was very helpful. I have a newborn baby and they made sure i was able to check in early and even sent maid service to expedite the service so I had a room without waiting. Then offered me a free upgrade because it was available.
