It's a pretty basic place, the mattress was not firm enough, the A/C unit instructions were hard to understand, the battery was low on the remote. It's quiet, though, for the neighborhood. They've got a bunch of rules they have to read you, maybe because their typical guest is a frat boy crowd, idk? It's downtown Oakland tho, good deal to be so close to the convention center etc.
