「It was last minute plan change from my usual stay in old hall not too far from this hotel, just being curious to find another one. Not so sure was that a right decision, Building is beautiful and amazing gland entrance and big room, however, the service is not that good. Bistro is full of student part timers, not many choice for break fast, a bit shaby as high grade hotel. 「Wonderful stay. The setting is very peaceful and calm, after a 2 night stay we felt utterly replenished. The beds and pillows were large and comfortable. Robes and slippers were provided. The staff were friendly, approachable and professional. The spa is truly a gem here. Clean , was never crowded and relaxing. We never had any treatments but didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Loved sitting outside the spa and eating after a relaxing spa session. Special mention to Victoria at the spa...
