Careful screening of potential tenants is necessary. A five thousand dollar security deposit is required. Any breach of this agreement (including occupancy or unauthorized pets) will result in a total loss of the security deposit.

Pets must be approved by the owner in writing. There is a non negotiable pet fee of $500.00.This fee is necessary to support the extensive cleaning between guests, the cleaning of all of the upholstery on a regular basis and repair to lawn.
