A charming, brand new, single or multi-family home right in the heart of town! Just off Main Street, this home is a well built home that offers parking, high quality amenities & beautiful decor. It is perfect for two families that want to have their own space, while staying together under one roof! Walking distance to town, the harbor & bike paths.
Open Floor Plan w/ custom built Kitchen w/ Island Seating for 4 & Sitting area with 65" TV on both 1st & 2nd Levels

The space
The home comes with 2 bikes, 4 beach chairs, beach toys, and towels. If you need a Pack n Play, then we also have it available.
Every Bedroom is equipped with a 50" TV and a Sonos Sound System, and the 2 Living Room Areas have 65" TVs and Sonos Sound Systems.

A new, multi-family home right in the heart of town! Just off of Main Street, this home is a well built home that offers parking, high quality amenities and beautiful decor. It is perfect for two families that want to have their own space, while staying together under one roof! Walking distance to town, the harbor and bike paths.
First Floor Description
Open floor plan of this two story home! Enter to find a custom built kitchen, sitting area with TV and dining table that can fit 8. Laundry is located off of the kitchen. Two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (1 King & 1 Twin, which can be converted into another king bed) are found on the 1st floor, along with a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen.
Second Floor Description
A private staircase leads you to the second level where there is also the same open floor plan! Custom built kitchen, laundry off of it, sitting area and kitchen island that sits four. Two bedrooms (1 King & 1 Twin, which can be converted into another king bed) with en suite bathrooms and a 1/2 bath off of the kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a multi-purpose room that can be used as an office space, reading room or extra bedroom with the built-in, full bunk beds. There is a french door that is next to the kitchen that leads you down an outdoor, mahogany staircase to the backyard.
Base Price per night is for up to 10 Guests. Each Guest over and above 10 Guests must be approved and if approved will be Charged $150 per night per Guest.

As with all rentals, Guest will be required to sign the Owner's Residential Lease Agreement.

LOVE this property!!

I have been coming to Nantucket with the same group of friends and this property is by far the best!The property had a fully stocked kitchen, lots of room and a fabulous backyard / patio!The host was amazing to work with and very responsive! I highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again in the future!!

Wonderful updated home in Town

This was a perfect home for a Fall long weekend on Nantucket. It is all updated inside with amble room. Cozy backyard with seating and a heater. The location is unmatched for walking all around downtown.

This house was perfect for our girls' getaway. Joe was an excellent host, providing a clean, organized, and beautifully decorated home. We loved the comfortable living room and the well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The sheets and bedding were also great. The backyard was a lovely place to relax with our morning coffees and cocktails in the evenings. Before our arrival, Joe sent a detailed, easy-to-follow email about the home, and he checked in to ensure we had everything we needed. The home is a short walk to town and the neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. I would definitely vacation here again.

Amazing Home and Host!!

We loved everything about our stay and the host was very helpful and responsive. I have my own interior design business and was so happy that the home was beautifully decorated as pictured and super clean! It felt like a new home! The location was wonderful. We rented a jeep but it's very walkable to town. The best part about our stay was the we left a very expensive at the house and Joseph was so kind about tracking it down for us and even mailed it back to us at his own expense. That is really going above and beyond! We can't recommend this property more highly!

Wonderful house in perfect location!

My friends and I rented this house to celebrate a 50th birthday. We were a 5 min walk into the main downtown area, so easy to walk to restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. The house is perfect for a large group, it's very clean, spacious and decorated with the best Nantucket vibe. There is a great backyard with a large table for morning coffee or evening cocktails! We hope to visit again soon!

Pining for 25A Pine

25A Pine is the perfect property for multiple couples or even multiple families. It's effectively two properties combined into one with complete kitchen and living areas on both floors. The location is super convenient to everything in town and also the mid-island Stop & Shop. The backyard is a lovely place to have breakfast or a happy hour cocktail before heading out to dinner. Joe is fantastic - very responsive and helpful with all of our questions. We have been making a summer trip to Nantucket since 2015, and 25A Pine is one of our favorite places that we have stayed

Holiday Stroll

Our group of moms had an amazing time at this house and the Nantucket holiday stroll. The cleanliness, communication, and comfort surpassed our expectations. The layout of the house, amenities, supplies, and the number of bathrooms made our long weekend very comfortable. The location was amazing for walks downtown, to the grocery store, or out for food and drinks. The cleanliness was top notch, as was communication with the property owner. Wonderful experience - would recommend and would stay again!

Quintessential nantucket home

Property was located an easy 5 minute walk into town. House was perfect for two families; each family had their own kitchen and living space. Property manager/owner was so pleasant to work with. Fantastic House & Location

We had a wonderful stay in this house on our recent trip to Nantucket. The house is beautiful, updated and well maintained. The set up with two separate living areas and bedrooms on both floors was great for us and our three children (aged 9-14). Joe was very friendly and responsive when we had questions. We also loved how the location made most parts of the island accessible on foot or by bike.

I can’t say enough about this incredible Nantucket property! It is absolutely GORGEOUS, pristine, comfortable and in a perfect location! We had a large group and we were all so comfortable. Incredible!

We just completed our second stay at Joe’s wonderful property! It exceeded our expectations once again. The home is clean, perfectly decorated, equipped with all the essentials and in a perfect location - close to town and not far from the beach. Joe was a perfect host, always responsive prior to check-in as well as to any questions while we were there. I highly recommend this rental!

Perfect fit

Loved it! The location of this property and layout of the house were a perfect fit for our family. We had 2 adults and 2 children on the first floor and 2 couples on the second floor…plenty of space for all. We also appreciated the backyard patio and grill allowing us to dine-in a few nights in a comfortable setting. We’re already looking forward to another week at A.M.E.N. next summer.

Graduation celebration

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful trip to Nantucket and this house made for a luxurious vacation. We were close enough to walk to Main Street and the harbor. We were within biking distance (on the two provided cruiser bikes) to the Cisco brewery along the generous bike trails. The floor plan of this home was ideal for separately housing my young family (16 mo and 3.5 yrs) upstairs along with a nanny, while housing my adult siblings downstairs. This spacious and beautiful home was equipped with everything we needed, from two fully stocked kitchens, to a pack-and-play crib for our littlest one to sleep in. Communication with Joe was easy and immediate. He was kind, responsive, flexible, and so helpful to me before and during our stay! Thank you for a lovely (squabble free) family vacation!

Nantucket Wedding

Such a perfect place to stay!

This house was exactly what we were looking for for our weekend with friends in Nantucket! Every step of the way was super easy. Joe was very kind, helpful & responsive in answering my questions about the house & area before arriving, and had an easy check in process. The house was so beautiful and clean and had anything we could have needed for our stay. And you could not get better with the location and proximity to town! I don’t have a single negative to say about it. We can’t wait to go back to this property some day!!
