"This hotel is amazing. All the little details are appreciated. The pool towels are soft, the rooms are clean and the staff make you feel very welcome. My only complaint was the hockey team that was visiting and the lack of parental control. You could hear the the kids running the hallways, knocking on doors, being super loud on the stairs ( i was 3 rooms away and i could hear them stomping) I wish the staff had intervened earlier, or better yet the parents taught their kids respect..... "

"Was really nice location but could be improved a bit. Needed bedside lamps. And the only bathroom in the basement isn't convenient if you are sleeping in the upstairs bedroom...two floors in the middle of the night to get to the bathroom in the dark could be dangerous. "
